Why, what is coming?

Well, from what I've heard (through iJevin) there'll be Capacitors (really more like 'current detectors' in a way) and pressure plates will detect the Weight of the item on them (might be Detector Rails only, though). So you can set up a system where an empty minecart will pass, but a loaded one will be diverted or stopped.

I was thinking plasma tech.
I've just managed to create a theoretical plasma weapon, Deus Ex style.
But lasers are good, and grappling hooks are most definitely a good idea.

1:20 as Dakka doesn't like the "start from" addition.
And because it'd look cooler than more seeking arrows.

I just need 1 more lot of powered rails to get from my ravine-castle to my mountain hall, and I am missing the gold and can't be bothered searching. So yup, gold for iron. edit: OK to the right of the door I came in there are some chests labelled 'suicide chests'. There are 6 blocks of iron in one of them. No one but Anvildude take it please. I'll be waiting around there for ma munneh. I think it is the North Door

The "Suicide" thing is from waaaaay before, on the other map. I'd managed to get my spawn set there, but still didn't have any food-production capability, so I'd just empty my inventory and jump off the Mesa when I was low on hunger.

Well. Went AFK in a place that I thought was Mob safe- wasn't moving, it was lit up, high up, and mobs really oughtn't be able to spawn inside an area where they can see you, right? Or move enough to come that close?

Wrong, apparently. I was peppered with arrows, and apparently Creepered once I fell down. Just asking if Dark wants to replace my inventory- it's nothing critical, just a lot of smoothstone and some charcoal- stuff that's easy, but takes a long time to get.

The mooshroom population is somehow not happy though, so we need to bribe them with butter.

I have been running a minecraft Feed the Beast server, no plugins for a sew weeks now and player seem a little thin on the ground i have 3 active player including my self and i was wondering if anyone wanted to come on, i am using a whitelist so people may have to jump through a hoop to get on because i dont want greifers and theives so if anyones interested send me a PM as far as im concerned anyone is welcome so long as they do not cause any problems for me.

i want to go for a bit of a comunity vibe with my server so i would like people who can help push up the standard of building on the server, as always standard rules apply, no stealing, no greifing being polite and the like so if your interested drop me a PM i do only have 12 spaces but i never expect to fill them

Can't actually tell what the blocks are from the map, though, and your place looks a lot different from when I was there last.

In all seriousness, a future weaponry mod would just not be complete without:
Laser weaponry
Plasma weaponry
Railguns (still smirking at the backfire thing)
Flux tech or something like that (something that reassembles itself to pass through objects)
Grappling hooks
(And much, much more)
