Yarp, when banned, said banned person no longer has a say on what happens on the server. Any owned land becomes unclaimed and whoever gets there first in-game gets to claim it.
Ah yes, I was the first one there, but I'm making no claim on what's in the chests, just the land. =)
So, am I aloud to take the rails in the two chests in his house?
Whatever, just leave the fireworks and don't go blowing any holes in anything. I'm just taking his lands for posterity. =P
Automatically Appended Next Post: The only thing that remains in your chests are dirt, cobblestone and gravel blocks. The rest is at Fort Kiip in less then five minutes

Hey, if you want some cobble, feel free to take the ruin of my old place. I keep forgetting to work on demolishing it. It's just next to the hill by the little safehouse/Nether portal.
I'm probably logging on here in a few minutes. I managed to get the first floor of my tower built
dammit nighttime! I died trying to find that house. I went the wrong direction cause I saw a house and thought it was the right direction... this game is infuriating some times

DR:80+S++G+M+B+I+Pwmhd11#++D++A++++/sWD-R++++T(S)DM+ Ask me about Brushfire or Endless: Fantasy Tactics
I'm probably not able to be on for a couple of hours. There's a blaze rod you can take from my tower of awesome (youll run past it when getting your stuff). If you can't find it, I'll bring you one, and some soul sand and nether wart.
Managed to lay down the base for the second floor of the first tower of my little house. I'm using stone bricks and plain stine. Everyone else in the Kingdom de Kiip seems to be making massive square cobble towers, so I decided to be hipster and go with stone bricks and plain stone, plus lots of glass panes...Needless to say I'm running out of coal fast, so if anyone has some extra stacks, drop 'em at my place, here ww.darkinnit.com/dakkamap/#/516/64/3517/-1/0/0
And I dropped off 3 stone and 7 extra cobble at the rail donation center, Noobbomb!

Well, I just went through an ender portal, then got stuck on the other end, and the screen just kept wobbling while I phased through the floors and all the while I could not move.
It was rather strange, and fairly irritating.

This is a signature. It contains words of an important or meaningful nature.
Alf, you are a champ! Thanks for picking my stuff up for me all 3 times I feel and died!
Also, Dark, there may be a glitch: everytime I died today, I ended up respawning not at my bed, but at the place where new players spawn. My bed is out in the open air on the top floor of my 1st tower, but I never respawn there. It's a bit of a PITA.
Charoal because it's infinitely renewable (you can MAKE it). Coal is all well and good, but unless you have a Fortune III pick when you start mining for it/are strip mining or doing really effective branch mining, you'll have to keep going farther and farther afield to gather more. Remember, 8 coal only smelts a stack of material, and when building large towers or whatnot, you'll often use 4 or 5 stacks of materials per floor, if not more. That means stacks of coal per floor on the tower or building.
The travel time involved in finding the coal quickly builds up, taking longer and longer.
While (especially if you have a ready supply of bonemeal) a tree farm (or tree blok like I do- just plant a bunch of oak saplings right next to each other) will allow you to get a ton of charcoal in minutes. One or two trees will, when cooked into charcoal, be enough to smelt a stack. And it'll be easier and quicker to get a ton of logs and cook them into charcoal in the safety of your own fortress, than it will be to go delving into caves.
The one thing that you don't get is that while mining for coal, you can collect a ton of cobble as well, and iron and redstone and stuff.

I just saw this "diamond generator." Is this actually possible? Or is this using mods or something. My guess is not. He doesn't even explain how to do it.

As a discussion grows in length, the probability of a comparison to Matt Ward or Gray Knights approaches one.
I'm hunting for diamond at the moment myself, damn thing, why does it need to be so hard to find
What is the best way to find some? I'm finding quite a bit of iron, redstone and coal, and some gold, but no diamond. I dug quite a cavern down at bedrock, now I'm doing the same a bit higher, still no diamond. Am I just unlucky in having picked a bad spot?
