Oh cool!
Build a pyre of burning logs or Netherrack, stick your head on top and set up some firework launchers nearby and voila!
...you have your very own personalised Guy Fawkes bonfire.

Now that makes me want to dig a secret basement for one of my village houses, make it out of Netherbrick, light it with redstone torches and have a fenced off burning effigy of me. I just need to remember to make sure the house above isn't made of wood.

Yes, if you break it it keeps its data (keeps the skin). It just looks like a plain "Steve" head in your inventory, but when you place it back in the world again it will show your current skin.

Banners will be fun. I kinda wish that putting multiple banners with the same pattern directly next to one another would combine them into one big banner.

Asherian Command wrote: Question anyone think that emeralds are going to be a very easy commodity to get?
They're so easy to get, you can easily build the emerald city.
Unless something changes
librarians start off by trading paper, so make a sugar farm.
smiths start by buying coal
butchers start with buying raw chicken, or porkchops.
fishermen buy string
sheperads buy wool
letherworkers buy hide
and farmers buy wheat, which you can make wheat farms so the farmer harvests the wheat, then you trade him the wheat for the emeralds.
The best though is, all priests have a first trade of zombie meat, make a mob farm and then zombies get you a near infinite source of emeralds, red stone, lapis, and glow stone.
they're not hard to get, just catch some zombies til you get some zombie villagers, then a weakness potion and a golden apple later and you have a villager. Get 2, build a town, keep trading until you have all the villagers you want.
Desubot wrote: Oh right i should probably make some new villager types..
Did they mess with breeding at all? (should i dismantle my basement orgy room?)
ya they did, they mostly don't auto breed anymore. You need a farmer and a field for him to work to keep him happy and in the mood. All other villagers you have to trade with them to get them in the mood. Then it's the same old formula of village size, and random chance to breed.
Or if you understand and watch DOCCM on youtube, he's figured out something like the old breeder system for a trader hall.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.
Excerpt from "Seeress of Kell", Book Five of The Malloreon series by David Eddings.
"You need not fear us, unless you are a dark heart, a vile one who preys on the innocent; I promise, you can’t hide forever in the empty darkness, for we will hunt you down like the animals you are, and pull you into the very bowels of hell." Iron - Within Temptation
