Yeah, it was amazing but I got some heavy lag going to near the Basement and massive item sorter.

Its OK long as you stay away from the main mob grinder core and the sorter

If you give me advance notice, I can at least turn off the mob farm, but with 3 people in the tower it would be quite the show

with it off there's not much hopper activity going on, nor as many mobs to be tracked.

Yep, I capped all the ones I could, but when the mob farm is going, It produces around 130,000 items per hour that all get's filtered, stored, then most of the items go into the overflow and into disintegrators. a dropper pointed into lava. Sometimes those filters break and empty the hopper so everything goes into 1 filter, overflows the chests and everything following gets destroyed. That happens fairly regularly, and luckily didn't when the egg went through.

despite the occasional glitch, that's my second favorite storage system I made, the prismarine farm being my favorite.

I saw that prismarine farm - the only impression I remember is a vast system of chests and hoppers as far as the eye could see.... It was something to see, and a truly titanic construction and system.

Stoney shore has a growing new facility.

Oh, the castle? Yeah, I've been over there. It looks unfinished, but the fact that he managed to get so much in place is in itself impressive. Especially that moat. I shudder at how long it must have taken him to do that.

Easy route. Shorter too if you take shortcut over land but theres also a nice place about 3.5k minus straight path from stoney shore that might be worth a look.

And some place that sounds intresting. Chasm hold?
Theres meant to be a Dakka dwarf city somewhere.

We dwarfs are out East. Chasmholm is Sleitsmithr's place- on the map you can find it under a beanstalk in the North-East corner. My place is further South, pretty much on the East-ward center line, with the big ice spire. It's one of the few Dakka buildings that's easily visible when zoomed all the way out.

They're firework launchers that I provided a few people to celebrate something or other many moons ago (either New Years, server anniversary, or a new Minecraft update, I've long forgotten what it was exactly).

Thank you server highloned

That's thr name!
Theres not much left of the castle, I mean there ruins and sections off the kitchen wall etc but most of the outer walls where gone.

The views where quite amazing from the real thing though.
The Basement walls where like a solid metre of brickwork too. It was a solid building.

Agh that makes sense. I saw redstone designs and such. I thought they might of been machines left over from some kind of dupe or part of a automated system for mob farms etc.

Yeah. I kinda seen alot castles
You be surprised how many windows, doors, walls and things are on off angles. Lines or vary in size.

They where organic buildings that grew and changed over time not built in one era or designed by one architect.
