Definitely not. It's a new Hassassin, the legs give her away. Compare te Hassasin Lasiq, for example.

If it's a new troop, it's also not a female Farzan or a different Barid.

As much as I want more Hassassins, I don't think it is. She isn't armored enough for an Aquila Guard, and I think the knees lack the trademark Haqq triangle.

Negative. The phrasing suggests that it is "only" available through their online store or at GenCon.
