"I have no mouth and I must scream"... saw a Let's Play of that one. I'm so happy the developers added an extra end so it wouldn't be 100% depression once you reached the end. The normal end is a classic example of "Lie Down. Try not to Cry. Cry a lot".

Welp, spent a good amount of new year's night together with a friend watching the Gundam Build Try Fighters, 5 eps done and it's even better than season 1 . The motto seems to be "time's a-wastin': it started with action and pretty often it has action and good humor. I swear they are making fun of themselves in a lot of scenes, the lines are so over-the-top they must be doing in on purpose

The start of 2nd Season of Chaika was pretty damn good too.

Been trying to finish up the Fall season and working through Yosuga no Sora since blitzing through Amagi Brilliant Park
Next on deck? Maken Ki.

Yosuga No Sora is... Okay. Kinda weird. Lots of naughty stuff, but very repetitive, not as well designed as other dating sim adaptions that go through the various routes in section. Utena levels of animation reuse, especially in the first episode of each route. Only covers the four main routes, and the maid Makoto in extra episodes that are after the end credits in each episode.

How many Fate/ series are there?

I just finished Chihaya Furu. The second season was definitely weaker than the 1st, plodding along at slower pace than would be ideal. Despite being downgrade from Season 1, it was still very enjoyable. I'd give the whole series a hearty recommendation, seriously check it out. It's a shame it seems like it wasn't popular enough to warrant another season covering more of the source material. While they find a pretty good break point, it's plenty clear the story is not over at the end.

This is only the first season of the series. Fate/Stay Night will return to us in April for the remaining 14 episodes.

I'm easily amused, and besides, more Illya and Saber can only be a good thing.

I just finished Akame Ga Kill, it was slightly anti climactic on the final episode so I'm kinda sad about that....

I certainly am, right after Kuroku no basket 3.

been watching some spice an wolf again. so, so calming. and that music, oh that music.

I've watched the first ep of "Eden of the East" and it gets top marks for creating a very intriguing story out of the bat with a "Bourne" protagonist that doesn't remember who he is, he gets to his apartment and has a gakload of guns, passports all kinds of stuff and there's guys walking around with a special cellphone, talking to a Juiz (or Judge in English) making this a big conspiracy plot thing. And it all makes me all warm and fuzzy inside when they say stuff like Juiz and Seleccao. WOOO, GO PORTUGUESE IN ANIME!

Another thing that made me love the anime is the attention to the detail: The first episode is in DC. Do you know what language the Americans speak? English. That's right, an anime with Japanese speaking Japanese and Americans speaking English. True, it's crazy how the Americans understand Japanese so damn well, it's like everyone took Japanese classes when they were kids, but it still made me go "WOOOOOAAA". I don't remember the last anime where this detail was present.

Ooh, that's a good one. I definitely recommend checking out the movies after the series as well.

You know, I think it would be awesome if the fandubs worked to have people speak the correct languages like that- would add to things a lot, I think.

Ya I felt the same way, I've been enjoying the Manga a lot more. Everything seemed condensed and a bit rushed. They're definitely leaving room for a second season about something, to many things were cut and changed to just end it there.

Eden of the East is awesome. It easily makes my top 10, maybe even top 5. I have to re-watch it at some point so I can check out the movies without being totally out of touch.

Same here. Doesn't always load, and when it does the video is so choppy it's unwatchable.

Same here. It was 404-ing for about an hour and now when it does load its a mess. Why does this always happen on my days off! WHY ?!

I swear, Gundam Build Fighters Is my favorite Gundam show: no melodrama, no deaths, no depressing losses or major genocides because it's yet another war or there's a gigantic plot arch, no, it's just awesome mechs fighting and fun moments just saw the national's qualifier's final and I was so excited and hyped with the action. The intensity if those fights, damn, they are so short but furious!

Oh, and ofc watching a Gundam using a power-fist is glorious!

Seriously though, Build has good action, everything else utter gak. Can't stand them myself, nothing in that show has any weight to it.

Haha, yeah, I admit I'm not a gigantic Gundam fan, I've only fully watched Destiny and 00, what I truly love about the Gundam series are the giant mechs and the ass-kicking. Build gives me all I love and funny moments, it couldn't be better for me It's only lacking Zakus so far, the more Zakus the happier I get

Finally finished Another today ... I think whoever the author is had enough and decided to partially complete his dream of becoming a director of Slasher films. That ending was strange as feth.

You'd definitely enjoy G-Gundam, then. There's a tiny bit of melodrama, but the plot is more along the lines of an Action movie than the sort of War Thrillers most Gundams go for- and the Action is BLOOD PUMPING AND XTREME in all the best over-the-top ways.
