Just in case someone is wondering about WTF is up with a guy with a T for an head:
The admiral from Kantai Collection, depicted with a capital "T" for the head, similar to the P-head producer seen in Idolmaster art. The "T" is derived from the Japanese word 提督 (teitoku), meaning admiral.
EDIT LADIES AND GENTLEMAN! THIS is the opening of "Death Parade"! It's one of the coolest, happiest, energetic, funniest and most awesome ops I have ever seen. I dare say it can rival Carnival Phatasm's one. The music is fething top notch to boot.

Maria the Virgin Witch is, so far, a solid watch from this season that I haven't seen yet mentioned in this thread.
I am considering doing a Teitoku cosplay in undress khakis utilizing a mix of Russian shoulder boards, and a reproduction IJN soft cover. I'd be moving on it already... but money's scarce right now.

Okay. I am completely confused as to what the theming is on those... Mahou Shonen? It looks like Heart, Water, Luck, Saturn and Fire? wtf? Unless Luck is supposed to be air and Saturn is Earth somehow... and with Saturn's having that gold shower thing, I'm getting a strong leprechaun vibe off them.
Curious about it, though. From how they seem to be getting 'sucked into' the transformation sequence, I'm wondering if it's going to have SheZow-like Reluctant Crossdressing Hero tropes in it.

It was actually a western comic, though, basically 'King Arthur's Court gets reincarnated as 'average high school students' with Arthur as the QB, Lancelot as his bestie, yadda yadda... Except apparently Arthur's okay with Lance hooking up with Gwen, and instead is going after the main character, who's apparently the incarnation of the Lady of the Lake, and has Excalibur inside her.

Aaahhh, finally saw KanColle ep1 and I'm mighty happy with it: it's this season's Girls und Panzer. It's moe and cool action scenes.
Granted, I still prefer tanks to boats, but I'll take what I can get.

I hasn't been a big anime person. I've really only watched dragon ball z and cowboy bebop as far as shows go. Akira and record of lodoss war and a small number of ninja movies. My nephew got me to watch sword art online and I'm digging it, I also stated death note as all, because I've heard it was really good. So far I'm enjoying both shows.
Just finished watching Soul Eater. Liked it, but had a small issue with the final episode

As is the Chosen one/only the Hero is the special snowflake/unique combination of powers trope. I just felt a little heavy handed from left field. Still liked it.

Pretty damn good so far. Like I said, I prefer the awesome mech fights without bloodshed from Gundam Fighters, but I can't deny how much I enjoy watching an Orbital Knight dying.

I loved Knights of Cydonia, it had plenty of bloodshed, I just don't like to see massive mech wars between humans. Yes, I never played MechWarrior or BattleTech.

Yeah, I felt that was uncalled for. It just came out of no where, and left me scratching my head. It's as if they tried to shove everything they could into the finale.
