Both of these look really great. You could perhaps experiment a lille with longer barrel and/or muzzle on the phase rifle? I also hope you will make these available as just guns for all our converting needs.

Thanks for the feedback, I will have another look at the guns tommorow and make some final tweaks. In the meanwhile I have officer heads to work on!

@Nevelon - Yes they do look similar. I will probably make a few tweaks so they end up more distinct, just for variety.

@Manus - Yes enough people have asked that we will offer the guns separately with no hands, though it will make them rather difficult to convert!

@Flubdugger - Yeah its 28mm heroic scale which when blown up huge on a screen, looks really chunky. It will look more normal once printed and correct size.

@Sierra1247 - I have plans for a bren soon.

I had no plans for an MG42, I wasnt familiar with it, but upon googling it, your suggestion activated the part of my brain that tends to uncontrollably drop everything else I had planned to design somthing cool... well done.. and see below, what do you think?

Heavy Stubber MG-42 style! Damn! Now I have to figure weapons from two sources now!

The MG42 is nice. I hope it's not overly "heroic" though as that would cause it to lose some of it's charm. Any chance you could release a generic pintle mount to mount items like this to cupolas? Would love to put this on .. well a few vehicles to be honest..

Mg42 looks excellent , would probably look good in a bigger style for your Black Ops range too !

Thanks, I see the challenge, and if it was just hands I guess it would be alright, the problem start if arms are attached as well and interfere, with the stock. ANd I don't know if one really goes without the other?

@Manus - Yeah the arms will be attached, the separate versions for conversion will not feature any hands at all, so more for decoration/free style conversion/sculpting.

The no frills 5-man option is a nice addition.

Those new weapons though. Damn they look good. I don't really have a need for those weapons, but damn they look like something I should buy anyway. The phase cannon with tbe void suit is a great looking combo.

I forgot to ask, a while back you had said that at some point you would release versions of the specialist weapons without the powerplant hookups and hoses. Any update on that? I mean, I'd be happy with just having the exact same parts, just minus the hose on the bottom of the weapon.

Thanks for clarifying. I think I can probably scrap something together for a little weapon mount but it woulda been nice if it was easy. I appreciate that you take the time to respond to your customers.

There are over 150 different combinations of parts, and that's not including the rest of the regiments range!

Irregulars will probably be good for making generic Chaos troops. I get a vague Cobra Snow Serpent vibe from the winter guy, so I'm really liking him. Nice looking renders so far.

Are any of these going to have pants.. that are just pants.. not tucked in or padded etc. I know you said something about a contractor set but the look on these kinda seems like they might go that way a little too..

@Barzam - yes the irregular parts will be suitable for chaos, but I imagine them more as veteran forces which have been in a war zone a long time and have been forced to improvise/scavenge a lot of kit and gear.
Alternatively they could be used with a mix of different leg styles to make a militia/criminal gang type force.

@MLaw - They all have pants (british meaning - underwear). For this wave Im doing long and short trench coats, plus some parade/dress uniform legs.

DO you mean you want a set of legs with a mixture of more civilian looking clothing? Its not planned, but would be reasonably easy to do at some point in the future.
The contractor wave is currently just going to be some head options, and the bare/rolled/short sleeve arms.

I'm thinking he means trousers, probably with regular shoes.

Looking at the Irregular some more, I'm getting a Lost Planet 2 vibe from him. He kind of reminds me of one of the Waysiders.



Now there's a game with some cool designs ripe for "influencing" miniature sculptors.

That looks like some obscure version of "Deadshot" to me, never having played any of the "Lost Planet" games but having seen "Suicide Squad".

Still, a good look, except maybe the lava-influenced hot pants.

Long and short Greatcoat leg options, Open and closed coat torsos, and Stahlhelm Deathmask and Brodie Gladiator Helmet variants.

I'm finalising the arms and rifles and we will have full previews tommorow, hopefully even launching the Pre-Order.

The brodie helmet is a surprise! Nice work on both. I think the way the rebreather was integrated into the stahlhelm here looks better than the earlier iterations.

Skull helm is much improved from the earlier iterations, Joel. Nice one.

Are there plans to make the "contractor" / rolled arm sleeves available for the heavy weapons? I love the RPGs, but I'd like something to match my current force.

Yeah, trousers is what I meant. Something like jeans or slacks or .. anything that looks like civilian attire. Also, yeah Barzam is right, regular shoes or at least generic enough that it could go either way.
I mentioned hooded sweatshirts before too but really any type of civilian torso/arms. There's so many games that use survivors or militia, it would be nice to be able to piece some together.

I think we've had this conversation before and you said it wasn't in the immediate future but it seems like maybe there's room. Either way, sorry if I sound like a broken record and thanks again for being so accommodating.

Ooh, I'm liking the look of all this. The trenchcoat legs especially look great, I really like the armour panels on the legs.
