As the title says! I have a small DE force (that I'll need to expand to legally game), and am looking for a game (friendly / tournament, not too bothered which) at some point in the future. Ultimately looking for a game to give me something to build my force up for!

Awesome stuff, I've been meaning to head down there!

Would be great to have a game, though I warn you, I've only had a couple of games and am still very new to the rules; will probably be quite a high maintenance opponent for the first few games.

I take it you play Eldar?

I'm there tomorrow if you can make it, normally get there a bit after 7, I'll be the one with 3 cases covered in Eldar runes.

I've only started getting back into it so I'm quite rusty. I've got about 2.5k of eldar and really need to get some games in before the end of May.

Can't guarantee I'll be able to make it tomorrow, though I'll try!

I have just over 1000 points of Dark Eldar and 1000 points of Space Marines. I'm trying to get these painted up in time for the National Painting Comp & The Ultimate Battle of blah blah blah.

Yes, Narrative means the games are story driven! The initial story for a number of factions is in the campaign pack in the thread.

PM me or drop a post on the thread and i'll add you to the relevant task force.

Cut off? I'm hoping to have all the spaces filled by september so you've plenty of time, but if we fill task forces early those slots will be reserved until people fail to pay the ticket price. Its £18. But thats to cover the buffet that Maelstrom require us to pay for attendacne.

Hey, if you're still looking for opponants I've recently moved to Leeds from down South and looking at starting to get into the 40K side of the GW hobby

I also play WHFB, Malifaux and Necromunda if you fancy a game with any of those

Yeah I've been meaning to come down for some time. I'm confused though, do you game at the packhorse or at hourglass? The website lists both, at near as damn it the same time?

I'm in Guiseley hopefully will be able to get my driving license back in the next few month (damn heavy right foot) so will be able to travel more and more other then that I tend to be at GW Leeds and Bradford

hey hey,

membership is £10 for the year, and gives you added benefits such as access to the forums on the website and plenty of discounts on certain websites and stores (although off the top of my head I wouldn't be able to name them - You'd ahve to chat to a member of the committee on the fb page for more details)

Without a membership its £2 each week, but with the membership it drops to £1 a week instead. We run infinity, Malifax, 40k, fantasy and pretty much anything else you fancy - just ask on the fb page and see who's interested in playing what. Normally theres always someone up for trying out new stuff.

Oh, and as its in the upstairs of a pub theres always a bar open, as well as the chance to order some lovely, reasonably priced food.

So what time does it run to? Our lass usually has the car until about 1 on a Sunday.

Is car parking cheap round there too?

It runs from 12pm - 4:45 every Sunday (unless the facebook page/website says otherwise) but normally people hang about till later on afterwards too for drinks and quizzes and such.

As for car parking, theres a car park behind the Leeds Market that a lot of people use, which is apparently free and a 5 - 10 minute walk from the club.

As I said before, feel free to drop a post on the facebook page and one of the committee members (or anyone like myself) will be happy to help you out.
