Very epic! I can't believe only one other person has posted on here. Your conversions on the scouts are great and the painting on the iron father is extremely cool. Subbed!

Thanks a lot brother, I appreciate it. More to come, I promise. I've got two tactical squads to post and and then my current project, the first of my assault squads. Stay tuned.

Campbell1004, thanks a lot. For everyone that's been waiting I'll be posting an update tomorrw. Tactical squads and three members of my first assault squad are the order of the day.

Very nice work

"Suffering is Faith, Faith is Strength.

Generations have suffered with the same devotion that we can offer but once. Still, our Faith leads us through these dark times like a beacon. It will guide us to triumph over these abominations. These models look really really cool, you've done well!

What are the backpacks on the Scouts from? Imperial Guardsmen? If so which ones, or set?

Collecting Forge World 30k????? If you prefix any Thread Subject line on 30k or Pre-heresy or Horus Heresy with [30K] we can convince LEGO and the Admin team to create a 30K mini board if we can show there is enough interest!

After a very long hiatus, including a number of deployments and other life changing events I'm finally back! I know it's literally been years, but my glorious clan, the Sieber Clan, does indeed live! I've returned to the game with 6th edition and already have updates to post. If you're an old follower I look forward to hearing from you , and for new followers welcome!

New to this, and it looks amazing! I can't wait for more updates, but my one criticism would be that the white edge highlights are a bit of a stark contrast, I think a grey would look better, but that's only my opinion. Great work.

Thanks a lot! I appreciate the critique. We seem to be on the same wave length as I've started to feel that way about the white highlights as well. Stay tuned.

Here's my first addition. Last member of my five man assault squad. I plan to bump it to ten in the very near future.

Here are a few WIP photos of my new Clan Commander. I'll have to add to or RETCON my clan's homegrown fluff to incorporate him but I have high hopes for this model.

So initially this is what I was thinking, sticking with the storm bolter for the two strength 4 shots and equipping him with the Axe of Medusa. But looking at the conversion I realized how much my new Clan Commander looked like a Contemptor Dreadnought, and with that I wanted him to be able to go toe to toe with a dreadnought and win......

The +2 strength from the Axe of Medusa doesn't provide my commander the ability to stand against a dreadnought and win. Costing 25 pointgs and striking at initiative 01 also doesn't make it worth it to me so I opted for a chainfist instead. A character with four strength 8 attacks all with Armourbane is no joke in close combat. I also decided to upgrade his firearm, and since I decided not to give him the Axe of Medusa, I went with the Betrayer's Bane instead. Combi-Melta with unlimited melta shots per game AND master crafted, yes please!? Throw in The Gorgon's Chain to add an extra layer of protection with a 3+ invul save and Eternal Warrior. All that said, I arrived at this.....

So this is where I find myself. Rivets have been put on, and minor greenstuffing done to the smoke stacks and the rear cooling vents. I want to order some Iron Hands etched brass from Forgeworld for the shoulder pad and armour plate on the chain fist. I also want to greenstuff some round edges to the sides of the power generator. Once that's done I believe I'll be complete. Thoughts or comments are appreciated.

And here are some individual shots of the Elite. My question to the group is what heavy weapon should I equip the Terminators with? I like the heavy flamer, but it's use is limited so I'm stuck between the Cyclone Missile Launcher and the Assault Cannon. Any recommendations?
