There will be a requirement to finish the apoc before 5 and get presentations done there after kantor! I was going place an hour per player turn time limit on it just to keep things moving! It'll be down to the players to monitor that though as some folks will be in different games!
That late?? Oh well I will make quick rolls and see if I can speed my game along.

Thats an estimate though, if we can finish early without hamstringing any games that'd be good but i cant see every game running as smooth as that would require!
Just finishing off some models for the weekend campaign with Matt last night, and he pointed out we only got 3 mths to sort out our PH armies. What rules sets are we going to accept? Betrayal and TF rules sets?

I think TF for the majority but if you own Betrayal I think that the TF chaps are making it so that its a level playing field if facing Betrayal forces!
I'm still waiting to see what actually rolls out of the index astartes section as the basic downloadable rule for tac squads etc are there just no legion specifics!
Yeah really could do with the Legion stuff as it slightly awkward/paranoid to start making list that might not want to run once the rules are published!

Got a DHL note when i got in this afternoon! I was severely delayed getting back from newcastle! Im pretty confident it was our painting prize! Tried to sort new delivery etc but no joy!

Day one DONE! Thibk its gone well, and everybody who i believed to be coming over the last few days, came! Which is excellent! Thanks everybody for making day one work! I'll update with battle reports and results after tomorrows apocalypse!

Well I have to say I had an amazing time today, it was great fun and really nice to play with very much like minded players.
Looking forward to tomorrows stupidity just spent the last half hour trying to stack tanks into a bag lol.

So we've left Discordia, and the fuzz ball natives of the Forest Moon of Rendor behind (They're a nasty bunch, they'll be dancing round their camp fires and using Space Marine and Grey Knight helmets as drums by now!).
Well done to our winners. I'll be posting more details tomorrow, and thanks to all who came. Weekends like this are made for the gamers, but the gamers more often as not make the weekend!
