I've been looking at some of the new kickstarters for modular terrain and my humble efforts at building a hive for the Hive of the Dead are making my cry!

My ticket has been bought and the might of my craftworld shall be with you all in a few weeks time.

The Farseer puts the Eldar on a strong footing with FOUR players confirmed with tickets! That is the most solid task force established as yet for the HotD...

I apologise for not buying a ticket before now but I will rectify this weds. I am thinking of booking a room at local lodge hotel too. Scott, I take it you want me to fetch the underground corridor stuff? It just fits in the car! I will fetch the zombies down with me if that's ok as it might be up to he last minute to finish painting them!

There are a few people toying with the idea of fantasy and starting some beginner events so they can learn low level point games together and move on from there.

Also, don't worry about your ticket delay dude, you're one of my solid dudes who I can rely on. Please bring the tunnel thing it will help me to sort a plan.

@The Farseer - As things stand we've got four Eldar in the faction, which is a pretty solid base line. One more Marine will make a 4 player asartes faction, that already figuring Jon's Crimson fists into the task force. The other races are looking at a player each at the moment but will increase over the next week or two no doubt.

now just rhe small task of painting up my army for the game
if i can get it finished it will be a DA/ravenwing force, otherwise it will be vanilla marines,
what people think of this for my SHT on the last game? A Blood Skulls Ind Lance SHT conversion

Attendance is looking good dudes!

This is the first time that with less than a month to go that i haven't had that hollow feeling in the pit of my stomach with regard to numbers! Thanks dudes! If we can get one or two more variety XENOS player on board it will be an awesome turn out!

Don't forget to build/paint up some zombies on round bases. If you go to our Facebook page you'll see my pledge to play out day one dressed as a zombie... but only if we have a confirmed (with pictures and stuff) 200 donated zombies before the event kicks off!

Nice to see some Blood and Skulls love there, they provided the superheavy I'll be bringing too (the dark gods willing) so let's hope we both get the painting done in time!

Eldar are 90% done - just my flyer to paint up and base everything! (I might have even posted them to help people with there lists... ie how to kill me )

Good thing work is "deader than disco" as my desk has become a make shift paint station,
however the lack of undercoat and basecoat sprays is gonna be a problem!! (they have been orderd however the mail man seems to be in no rush to deliver)

Just go to Halford! That where i get all my undercoat now. it is great

Mikey uses Halford Grey Primer for his stuff... I've used it for undercoating the underhive but haven't ventured into undercoating a miniature with it yet, but it works otherwise Mikey wouldn't use it!

It's nice to see that others are getting Zombied out as well!

Things are really starting to heat up now... Ticket sales are good, zombies are being produced, armies are being painted, the underhive is in production, the campaign pack is ready to go to print and most of all I'm not in the least bit stressed... This is a delightful surprise to proceedings!

Yes. Basically for players who can't get 3k together. If there are any double teams they will likely play vs a 3k single player as well.
