I used to be on it daily trying to earn credits to unlock Premium Spectre packs. Sadly BioWare's constant tinkering with weapons, powers, characters and maps sort of put me off it. It just felt like beta testing for the next Mass Effect game.
New pics from upcoming DLC posted on Bioware employee twitter accounts. The krogan seems to be reusing the old blood pack boss model from ME2 and from the multiplayer side as the map skyline indicates the Thessia map whereas the promenade pic seems to be single player (with tiny Wrex and Shepard in the pic). Que the inevitable MC Hammer music for the krogan!

Look at the skyline, the buildings are only being hit by one sun while Thessia has a binary solar system.
Load up the map and get back to me on that again. The background buildings, skyline, and sky match the goddess map. I'm not sure what the round flowerpots are but there us nothing about that picture that excludes multiplayer.

Other than the fact that the assumption they would not reuse a skyline asset is flawed.
Look at "N7: Cerberus Fighter Base" and "Firebase: White". Notice the mountain range?
That's on Noveria, right?
Now go play "Arrae: Ex-Cerberus Scientists" and look at the mountain range in the distance. The same asset is reused in both cases for planets on the opposite sides of the galaxy.
And for the record? Load up "Firebase: Rio" and look at the sky. The buildings are missing, but it's the same sky.
And yet none of that excludes the pic from being multiplayer yet you simple declared it was so. You also made it a point to say that the single sun excludes it from being on Thessia yet I showed you a pic of the existing map that only has a single sun in that direction. Could it be single player? Sure, bioware resuses assets from one game mode to the next and there is nothing wrong with it. But there is nothing you've posted that in any way excludes MP.
It's possible as another asari world would have similar architecture. I think the first pic most points to MP on thessia but there is plenty of room for other interpretations. I'd frankly love to see a Krogan Engineer using the old blood pack armor and have been advocating for it since the first few months. I had hoped it would be part of a merc themed MP DLC to go along with the release of the SP Omega one but that obviously didn't happen.

Um... so? Are you really that bitter that you'd be unhappy about fans getting some classes that have been consistently asked for since the beta in the final MP update? They've done a good enough job in the vast majority of cases of keeping things balanced so I'm not afraid if people get the models and playstyles that they want.
Whoa... is that a playable geth prime?? It definitely looks tall enough relative to the husk!
No idea but I do hope that a salarian soldier (in honor of Kirahe) makes it in as the salarians need some love. That being said, we don't know what race one of the named classes they've mentioned actually is nor have they actually mentioned all the classes in this initial press release.

Let me put it like this.
Remember how BioWare was having all those leaks of MP content waaaaay in advance?
There was speculation that it was a significant other of a dev--and now the only MPdev that I'm aware of who is married just announced his retirement.
There was also a statement awhile back that BioWare was hunting the source of the leak--and right after that, the same "source" who leaked the rest of the MP DLCs announced this "Reckoning" bit.
There's a reason I'm so skeptical of this. Every character/class listed has been a straight copy and paste of something posted by individuals on the BSN.
BioWare has not ever done that before--with good reason, because of potential legal shenanigans.
Add to it that the renders look so unpolished and incomplete.
I mean this quite seriously--look at the Geth Prime. Notice how the Omni Tool is clipping through his arm and the ridiculously overscaled Avenger he's carrying.
Then compare that to the screenshot from the single player DLC that I posted.
I have a very sneaking suspicion that this announcement might be a cover for the "and more" to be quite a bit of characters people would not expect.
Also, the "Talon mercenary" listed is in the second screenshot with the "Geth Primes". It's a second female Turian.
All good things must come to an end, and that includes the Commander Shepard trilogy. However, just because it is coming to an end, that doesn't mean we can't go out with a bang. Introducing the final Mass Effect 3 single-player DLC: Citadel!
When a sinister conspiracy targets Commander Shepard, you and your team must uncover the truth, through battles and intrigue that range from the glamour of the Citadel’s Wards to the top-secret Council Archives. Uncover the truth and fight alongside your squad – as well as the cast from the original Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2.
When the adventure is over, reconnect with your favorite characters from the Mass Effect Trilogy, try your luck at the Citadel’s Silver Coast Casino, blow off steam in the Armax Combat Arena, or explore and furnish Shepard’s own living quarters on the Citadel. With unique content and cinematics featuring your friends and romance interests in the Mass Effect trilogy, Mass Effect 3: Citadel offers one final chance to see the characters you have known for years and rekindle romances.
Mass Effect 3: Citadel will release worldwide on March 5th on Xbox 360, PC and PS3 (on March 6th on PS3 in Europe).
Bear in mind, it will cost 1200 Microsoft Points and require two separate downloads as it is 4 gigs. You pay to get Part I, but not Part II. Part II is available to download for free--but will not work without Part I.

I'm really not sure where you're trying to go with this conspiracy theory in relation to the MP dlc. Not trying to be insulting but it's more mysterious than the indoctrination theory stuff that was floating around last march.
Add to it that the renders look so unpolished and incomplete.

How do you know that the talon merc is the female turian as opposed to it being the female turian specifically mentioned? The talons had plenty of different races in the single player DLC including salarians. I've only seen the one pic of the MP female turian; is there a second one showing a different model that you're using as a basis for that leap of judgement? As for the clipping, that's been common throughout the MP. The krogans are notorious for having their arms and shoulders and weapons clipping through various parts of their body since the very beginning. It simply hasn't been a priority for them to fix that stuff.
It's the Sims Mass Effect! Kan has already posted the relevant info but I do find it a bit humorous that they're giving us a citadel home decorating sim function in addition to the traditional plot.

There's a rather large difference between what I'm saying and "indoctrination theory".
Indoctrination theory was based upon huge leaps of logic from brief flashes on the screen.
What I'm saying is that I'm skeptical of this particular DLC given the circumstances. BioWare had no less than three of their DLCs entirely spoiled by an individual who thought they were "helping the community". Instead all they did was stir up a "gimme gimme gimme" mentality where people were annoyed at choices being made for DLC that was not even scheduled to be out for a month or more.
Add to it that the renders look so unpolished and incomplete.

Oh please, do you really think if a female Turian was coming out they would release "just one"?

Do you think if new Salarians were coming they would not have put them into the brief instead of the Sexbot?

Probably because it's not as common as you think. With the Krogan it takes certain circumstances for such things to happen. It's not something that happens every single time without fail--and what's more, there were no low resolution promotional pictures released of a Krogan with stuff clipping through.
I wish I could get excited about this DLC, maybe it'll tie up some loose plot ends. After the ending this DLC feels tacked on to me. Every other DLC has been a day 1 purchase but I might just wait until this goes on sale.
It's just bringing the characters over. Likely they'll be NPCs you can interact with during the course of the mission or temporary squadmates ala Aria and Nyreen.

If even a quarter of what I've heard regarding this DLC is true, you'll want it day 1.

What if I [Ashley] killed Wrex? Seriously I hated Wrex (I hate Krogans, Grunt is the only one I like and thats just because of how he acted in ME3)

I'm guessing that the krogans you apparently will see sitting on your couch will depend on how you handled the krogan storyline in ME3. If you saved the krogans (or pretended to), I'm guessing that you'll see Grunt sitting there but I doubt you'll see Wreav seeing as how he doesn't really like you regardless of your choices. If you openly screwed over the space turtles, you'll likely see none of them.

That's one serious tinfoil hat conspiracy there. You don't think the more logical reason would be that an employee who was brought on under contract for a limited time to work specifically on ME3 is being let go because that contract length has now run its course which coincides with the announcement and release of the last work ever being done on the project that he was hired on for? There is even less to base your idea on that the indoctrination theory.
Also, the "Talon mercenary" listed is in the second screenshot with the "Geth Primes". It's a second female Turian.

So in other words you're simply guessing that the only announced female turian isn't the only one in the pictures released? Wow.. again... some serious cries of zebra upon hearing hoofbeats when you've got a horse standing in front of you.

Sorry but it's exactly as common as I think as I'm not guessing. I've modded most of the krogan files in the original ME3 game as a hobby including messing with the animations and the krogans "certain circumstances" include EVERY cover position, many standing positions with large weapons, and most weapon swap animations. They've generally got a single animation for each move and it generally doesn't change for the different races (the Krogan melee's being the obvious exception). Clipping simply isn't a high priority issue and I wouldn't have noticed the tons of instances of it (except for the cover animation since that is facing you) if I hadn't been mucking around in the files. As for the "low poly" multiplayer krogans, you'd apparently be surprised at how low poly certain characters really are compared to Shepard and other main single player ones. If you open up the models in the correct program, they're surprisingly jagged compared with the 3d models you see being posted here for various kickstarter programs. The textures they add *really* do make the difference.

Sigh... geth primes and krogan warlords with unique mechanics are bland and uninspired?... wow. This is a goodbye fan service DLC that I'm glad they're putting out. I get the krogan I always wanted and people get a Prothean of sorts as well and a female turian to boot. Btw, it does look like the obvious/logical assumption about the turian female was true. The only negative thing I can say about this DLC is that they ignored the salarians yet again.
