It's "exclusive" in the fact that it is going to be physically available only at GenCon.

As for the minis you asked about, yes on both counts
The Mech Engineer is the one from the support pack, and the Kameel is indeed r+ ls.

As for the Agema, I have none left at the moment but the very low price was to reflect the fact that no-one really likes anyone carrying a rocket of any sort :/
I had a big pile of them sitting here for ages before I lowered the price.

For postage, on an order that size I can certainly do it for free.
