I hate the little half built necrons on the inside. And with the color pattern, they just threw everything off. No biggie though. I intend to use the broken pieces as basing on the army

Okay, busy week ahead of me, and still 15 warriors and 5 Immortals left to build.

Sorry for not updating this earlier.

I was really excited to paint my Necrons, but shortly after I started assembling them, one of our local players had his entire necron army stolen during an event.

So I set aside my painting, and joined the rest of the local gamers in donating units, bits, and supplies to help him recoup his loss from whatever souless bastard stole his army.

I no longer have my necrons, but still want to continue this army scheme one day. For now, it goes on the back burner.

Dude, you're a saint!

Metalica

It's looking good. The fact that the metallic parts look plain and mostly unwashed actually works really well for this scheme.

Our gaming store tends to attract some of the nicest players I've ever met. I can't take all the credit, many more chipped in as well.

I'd say do it, but honestly, I'm a Marine player, necrons is my first step into xenos...

Well, I now have the harbingers and overlord base coated. This weeks goal is to sit down and apply the blue and gold, and next week I will be working on the individual color schemes for the Harbingers. I'm using the Lichguard models, and will just be coloring the staves differently.

Pics coming soon!
