Its been awhile since I last posted anything in Dakka Dakka. Just got my hands on the Ork Bommers. So this list incorporates my old collections + some new ones. 'Ere We GO!!

HQ
1. Warboss: Mega Armour, Attack Squig, Cybork Body, Bosspole

I like the list a lot. I do not like the Battlewagon set ups at all. Killkannons are extremely unreliable. 4 Big Shootas will throw out 12 dice even if the vehicle moves max distance. Stunned results can be relegated to Shaken to keep your BWs rolling with Armour Plates. Grot Riggers will get your Immobilized BWs rolling again as well.

You have few enough models riding in them to consider the 'Ard Case option as well.


I agree with most of it but the ard case. If he does that then the Manz can not assault out of the BW making it useless.

The list is interesting.

First turn you'll have only 2 battlewagons and some grots on the board. This should easy enough pickings for the enemy.

Grots run away far too easily and foot slogging MANz is not fun.

If the enemy can deal with 2+ armour and flyers then you haven't so many threats.

The grots are so small that they disappear behind the defence lines and I find battle wagons to be reasonably resilient.

Consider replacing the grots with some good ole fashioned ork Boyz and for some extra fun replace a warboss with a warp ead

I am sure you do. Fighting against this list though I would be disappointed with any of my armies if they couldn't find side shots on the battlewagons, and destroy at least one.
I have always wanted a reason to play a burna bomber
