Now that their names are painted onto the bases and varnished, I can easily write down on a tiny 4"x3" notepad who has what psychic powers each game. Finally, this eliminates me having to put some sort of marker by the individual (because 10 psychic powers that change each game can confuse people).

Sounds like a good idea actually! One thing I will point out tho, if you are taking names from 'A Thousand Sons',

With my chaos I have Sevator the Condemned as a demon prince, sorcerer Siiralith, and the others are yet to be named as they have not yet been painted

With my eldar I have Camerath Firhsoné my farseer, Illurthiel my Autarch, Eldashí DA exarch, spirit seer Forsil, dragon Exarch Marsil, Zentar spider exarch, nexaris of the reapers. At one point I had all of my warlocks named, but gave up on that lol
