Does anyone have 1250-1850 6th Ed. capable lists that do not field Nurgle, He's just not my bro. Never smiles upon me, Smites me everytime an friend represents him, and i think he just has it out for me.. Please post any Khorne/Unified lists. I have 7000+ points of Khorne/Unified, yet I'm hoping to find new ideas from dakka.

If you wanted to try something newish you could get 1 squad of Boyz 30 choppa sluggas, 1 10 man unit of Nobz with Ghazzy as allies, the rest Zerkers, 1 lash prince some vindicators or defilers, lash units into charging boys and zerkers, while dropping pie plates on your enemy, this seems fun and Khorne would like all the bloodshed.

Okay, seems interesting. i'll have to get some boyz, and a few more nobz. & I have about 90 Berzerkers so i'm ready to start the dominion of fire(so to speak.) Glory to Khorne!

why take orcs when you can battlebrother demons . fateweaver helps chaos armies with re-rolls, screamers are awesome , horrors give cheap shoty troops almost as If one had guants in a pod. chaos demons DPs have actual flying and are good support if someone tries to build a chaozylla list. With demons at 1850 you could have 3 DPs 1 fate and 1-3 defilers.

Okay sounds good. i'll have to look at Tzeentch Daemons and Fateweaver.

If you don't want to field Nurgle, go with a Tzeetch theme. 1500-1850 points.

2 Daemon Princes, Wings, MoT, Doombolt (cheapest power - replace it with one from Telepathy), Bolt of Change (or Warptime - both 25 points - also replaceable with a 6th edition book power)

3x Squads of 9x Thousand Sons, 1x Aspiring Sorcerer w/Doombolt (replace with Telepathy power as above)

4 Oblits or 2 Defilers for Heavy Support.

5 Psykers on the board. Daemon Prince have Mastery (2), and can cast spells with a Warp Charge cost of 2.

I run a very fluffy Night Lords list for fun... @1500:

off the top of my head, the list is...

2x Jump Pack Lords w/ twin lightning claws, mark of khorne
2x squads of 10 CSM. chaos glory, champ w/ plasma pistol pwr wpn, autocannon, flamer
2x 7 man Raptors, chaos glory, champ w/ dual lightning claw, 2x meltagun
2x 5 man summoned chaos daemons
3 Oblits

Now this. How well does it play?

Its fluff... so its a struggle. I had a game recently with a friends Astral claw themed list (MOTF, Techmarine, 5 tac squads w/ lascans and 2 Dev sqds w/ 4x Missile lnchrs) and tied the game 4/4... had I scattered better I may have gotten the linebreaker objective, also my deepstrikes were horrible(3 mishaps delayed nearly everything till turn 5)

Oddly enough, it was the summoned chaos daemons that saved the game for me. Well aside from the amazing Oblit shooting that denied his Techmarine+combat squad and 3 other troop units from crossing mid field with failed morale galore.

I have a vid batrep of it due out soon... but I ran into audio issues so it requires some reshoot and the transcripting is beyond slow going due to my own broken morale

If you take the Thousand Sons, you're missing out if you hunt Telekinesis powers instead of Telepathy.

Telepathy breaks the game if your opponent lacks Shadow in the Warp, Runes of Warding, or a Rune Priest.

Space wolves are # 2 enemies of mine. I have yet to beat them.

Demons are my #1, then SW. I hear ya

lol # 1 is Gaurd who know how to play. then # 2 is SW. everything else its a even playing field.

The termie sorc attaches to the termies.
The regular sorc attaches to the quad gun.

Between 4 plasma blasts from the oblits and 10 plasma shots from the chosen, you should be able to kill any two squads each and every turn. The blastmasters can do anti-tank or anti-personnel as needed.

Place both the noise marines in the ADL. The 15 CSM are your assault force backed up by the terminators.

It works.

Here is a decent core:

2 winged lash Princes
5 Termies w/ reaper autocannon
10 Chaos Space Marines w/ MoGC, 2 meltas
10 Chaos Space Marines w/ MoGC, 2 flamers
3x2 Obliterators

Brometheus is correct. Telepathy are the better Psyker powers, not Telekinesis. I've adjusted my post to reflect this error on my part.

Or reverse it
Demons = 2 Bloodthirsters
Heavies = 3 Demon Pinces with Wings
Allies
Demon Prince
Greater Demon
And if you want 1 defiler.

That would be godawful to face albeit I don't know how much of an army you could afford with all of this.

So i went and picked up 1500 points of daemons to run as battle brothers. All khorne. Ideas?

If it was all Khorne Daemons, then crushers + flying Bloodthirster to take out flyers should be good additions
