I dunno if this has been asked before but im curious how many times dark magister will work.
The item/gift doesn't say its a single use only, doesn't reference once per game but neither states at the start of each turn you will ignore your first miscast made. What exactly does it do, option 1 or 2?

You ignore your first miscast.

There is only ever one "first miscast" in the game.

Change and change until Change is our master, for nothing neither God nor mortal can hold that which has no form. Change is the constant that cannot be changed.

No game of chess can be won without pawns, and this may prove to be a very long game.

But then surely it would state it being a one use only?

I don't see why. There's a similar high elf one that doesn't state it either.

You only have one first miscast.

Teclis has a similar ability that specifically states it's his first miscast each turn.

No, it would surely state that it's the first miscast of every single magic phase. Which is what Teclis does (old edition book) and what TK Grand Whatever does (new edition book).

And common sense says it's only 25 pts. That would be better than Tzeentch's Will at 75 pts.

Other items discount first hits or wounds as well.

There is only a single "first" of anything in a game. To argue otherwise would be to spit in the face of logic.
