My friend and regular gaming opponent plays a venom spam list with his dark eldar, and thus far I haven't been able to take it down with my orks. I wrote this list up as something a bit different to try and back foot him- lots and lots of dakkajets to take out his light vehicles and infantry alike. The pair of warpheads are for hiding in the grot units in backfield cover and praying for extra WAAAGGHS to double up the jet's shooting. The chance of getting that elusive six on the wierdboy chart is around one in three for each warphead, so I should probably get a couple of extras per game.

Warboss, Mega Armour, Sqig - 115
Wierdboy, Warphead – 85

Any and all help/suggestions and improvements would be much appreciated, I would really like to win for once

You risk to get stucked with all you vehicles, 6 flyers bases, the terrains and of course your adversary models.
You'll have to really master the movement phase with so many oval flyers bases.

Flyers are allowed to ignore models that are under them I think. You just keep track clearly of where they are

This is true, check the flyer page - provided they are not enemies you can end your move on top of them.

I've played something similar to this (though at 1000pts)
I suggest getting some 20+ Boyz mobs (shootas) to put the Warpheads in rather than the Grots. This way you benefit from Mob Rule meaning that your Warpheads will be at Ld10 rather than Ld7. Also, when the inevitable "'Ere We Go" happens you're not just landing a bunch of grots in the open. This is also why you play shootas rather than sluggas as they get to drop and gun something down.
