This army is what me and my friend decided to do. It is themed around what if before the movies started and Gondor was under attack, only Prince Imrahil was brave enough to answer their cry for help.

Army 1

Boromir of the white tower, shield

4 veterans with shields
4 veterans with shields and spears
4 veterans with bows

Faramir with heavy armour, shield and bow

4 veterans with shields and spears
4 veterans with bows

Army 2

Prince Imrahil with armoured horse and lance

7 knights with armoured horses and lances

Captain of Dol Amroth with armoured horse and lance

7 knights with armoured horses and lances

What size game were you building for? You a shy bit over 1000(1030 to be exact). Also Boromir cannot have both a shield and carry the banner. This is because page 47 ORB. Banners given to models may have armour and ride a steed, but lose all other wargear carried(ie shield, and weapons). This means that while Boromir can carry the banner of the White Tower, he loses the shield and his hand weapon. The only notable exception to this rule is the Heralds which are part of the King's Champion formation. Those Heralds have a special rule allowing them to keep their shields.

The only "hobby" GW is interested in is lining their pockets with your money.

Staying on target.....

Looks solid apart from jlongs observation. You get away with the very bland and boring (no GotFC and CG?) minas tirith list because of Imrahil and his chums. Now that's not a dig but I wouldn't want to run that list ever, I wouldn't get any enjoyment :/

Fun is not important! The lamentations of your foes as you strike them down is much more important

I was just estimating my partners list so I wasn't sure if he had the banner or not, The Dol Amroth list is my part.
