I don't feel sorry for anyone.. its ok to make jokes about anybody at all isn't it? I feel sorry for people that are so dickless that they have to feel constantly offended about absolutely everything.

Jocular mockery and satire is a healthy part of modern society. I think that Austin Powers ripping Dutch people or Japanese people mocking Europeans is all part of a healthy process of not being a total ballbag and wanting to invade people for perceived slights personally.

I'm totally square with a bit of mockery... you don't see us or the Germans getting excited over the consistent back and forths that started in the 60s... if everyone was as cool with it as most young people are in 2012, maybe we wouldn't have had quite so many wars!

Chinese guy at university used to call this English guy "David Beckham" all the time. Was funny as feth (apparently we all look like David Beckham to them)

Guy in my school calls a fair few people names that are slight corruptions of their real names, a guy whose surname was English became Johnny English, Foulkes became a rude word, that sort of stuff.
He was really annoying now that I think about it.

Racist jokes are one of the few things that regularly lead to permanent banning from this site.

We do not play around with racism. Even coming from longtime members, whom the moderators know a bit, and believe are not really serious about it. We have a wide, disparate, international audience, some of whom are younger, and some of whom speak English as a second or third (or more) language, and who may not realize that the comment is made in jest.

I'm not just singling out Matty here, this warning is for all of you.
