Looking good brother! When did you make the switch to Wolves? Or are these practice for your Wordbearers?

It is easier to extinguish the light within, than to dispell the darkness that surrounds without

Not bad! I like the evil eyes. I think the basing could use some attention, though.

Thank you. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for the Wolves. I also thought they'd be good to practice painting, there's a lot of opportunities for different techniques.

Yes, it'll be part of the basing effect.

Thank you, and yes, I have a little bit more to do to on the bases.

Really? Sorry to say but it just looks like you've been lazy and sloppy with the flocking and detracts from otherwise nice looking models. Whatever effect you're going for hasn't really been achieved effectively IMO.

Thank you for your concern, please be patient. As I've posted twice already, I'm still working on the bases. It does look sloppy, but then the beginning of most projects usually does. I'm still only in the first stages of basing. c

Nice... simple , gritty, angry...mud inconveniently clumping up all over my boots.... only an Infantryman could appreciate the representation of what feels like 50 pounds per foot trying to keep me from putting "Boots to ---es". Nice to see you back on the Hobby.

THey look really great! The gun shot effects are pretty cool and the weather is awesome. The chainswords are pretty gory

I think they are pretty awesome. Love the SW detail on the rim of the bases. What colors did you use for the armor, it's pretty unique for SW?
