Here is a list I've put together for an upcoming GT. I need people to help me figure out what my potential hard counters are and how I can deal with them tactically. I can not change this list at all between now and the GT, it's set in stone. Let me know what you think I'll have a hard time with and how I can deal with it on the table, without switching up my army list.

Primary Detachment
Coteaz
Vindicare
4 Jokaero
-Chimera w/Searchlight
3 Henchmen with Plasmaguns
-Chimera w/Searchlight
10 Strike Squad (2 Psycannons, 1 hammer)
-Psyback
Psyfleman
Psyfleman
Dreadknight w/Incinerator

Allies
Company Command with 3 plasmaguns
-Chimera
Infantry Platoon
-Platoon Command
-2 Infantry Squads w/autocannon
-4 Hvy Weapon Squads w/3 autocannons each
Manticore

1999 points.
So the grand total is 14 regular autocannons, 4 TL S8 autocannons, 6 plasmaguns, and up to 5 flame templates in a turn. Anyone got any advice or comments?

not sure how it will work in 6th but one thing i did see.

The 4 Jackeros in one unit is risky, your adding +4 to your die roll so on a 2+ you get a 6, sounds good so far but you will add the same +4 to the second roll giving you another 6 and thus duplicate number you wasted it.

Your also extremely weak against armor 14. you only have the manticore, dreadknight then the autocannons that can maybe glance, and at 2k points thats not much

For the points cost you might as well go pure henchmen Coteaz and forget the IG stuff.

At 2k points just have 4-5 Psyrifle dreads =)

Okay, you didn't read the post. The army list is set in stone and can't be changed. Also, this is single FOC.

@aleis: You're absolutely right that the Jokaeros end up canceling out their upgrades. I really don't use them for that purpose, they're a battery of 4 lascannons that Coteaz can twin-link using the Divination primaris power. I have a little more anti-AV14 than you might think (the psycannons on the strike squad, the Jokaero lascannons/multimeltas, the Vindicare's TP round), but you're definitely right that mass AV14 is one of the things I'm worried about. Any ideas on how to handle it on the table as opposed to in the list-creation phase?

So far in 6th edition this army has steamrolled everything I've put it against, but the day is young and I haven't faced IG yet so I need to see how that works out.

well you can take ven psyrifle man, so even at normal foc you can get 6 dreads (ven = elites, normal = heavy support)

I have half a mind to kill you, and the other half agrees

For what you are going for, this allied hybrid list is better than an all GK list. The manticore with the vindicare provide all the anti tank you need, while the auto cannons will shred any and all transports. GL with your list man.

Thanks for the well wishes I'm glad that someone can see the potency of this list on the forum. A lot of people take a look, then shake their head and swear it'll never fly. This list has performed so well that after this period of practice and the subsequent GT, I'm going to change gears entirely and play a much less powerful force. It's gonna be all about fluffy lists for a while to get the cheese out of my system.

I think I've figured out one thing that could possibly eat my army alive, and that's Imhotek. Sure, he would have to get lucky, but if he rolled really well my opponent could toast most of my army at the start of each of his shooting phases. Of course, if he rolled particularly badly he can lose his night fighting almost immediately. Necrons in general have a few toys that give my army problems, but for the most part they can be mitigated with smart deployment and smart targeting.

The other big thing that I can see being a problem is if someone runs mass Leman Russ squadrons. Theoretically the Manticore could annihilate a whole Russ squadron in one salvo...but that's a best case scenario. I've never enjoyed having lots of Russes on the table, and with Hull Points giving them a bit more staying power and the improved Squadron rules....well, I don't like em one bit.
