I'm afraid I think your behind the times, fairly sure the limited editions have all sold out and only the standard edition is on sale now (unless you can find somewhere that still has limited in stock)

I think you missed the bit that says UNlimited, a.k.a. the not-so limited edition.

So if I know a FLGS that still has 2-3 I should snatch them up then,is what your saying.

I Always choose to post them as above, to show it's an affiliate link wherever possible. Affiliate link or not, it really doesn't matter for the eventual visitor or buyer as it works as an ordinary link.

The non-limited edition seems to be £3.50 less than the limited edition, on GW's site.

Most local GW stores and local game stores still have a load of the ltd edition round where I am. The non ltd version is only £3.50 cheaper. Just as well buying the ltd one

The unlimited edition is on sale for exactly a week now, in Germany at least. On the day the unlimited edition sold out.

All these delays, fuss, and confusion because GW can't figure out you have ONE starter box and then offer "Limited Edition" models as a pre-order bonus separate from the box. That way, everyone can get it day one and those that want the bonus order the bonus. So impossibly easy to figure out...

I'm not really sure how an affiliate link you post to make yourself money qualifies as "news." This sets a bad precedent as every idiot with an ebay account may soon be on the news board posting breaking "news."

Might pick this up sometime. The Dark Angels have always been my favourite loyalist(???) chapter, and I'm liking the look of the Chaos marines - not so 'spikes 'R' us', and the cultists look pretty good to.

£3.50 cheaper - is that what they value the LE figure at? It would cost a hell of a lot more if they released it separately, that's for sure.

If they removed some other bits, it'd only drop by a bit, too.

Breaking the box down into arines, and bits, I get something like:

£3.50 - LE Chaplain
£23.00 - Dark Angels models
£23.00 - Chaos models
£15.50 - Rules and templates

So, would you pay £23 for the Chaos set?
Or £15.50 for the rule book, and get the templates thrown is for free?

This box is an excelent buy, LE or not.
