Not a massive spoiler really as this is said on the first page of Wrath of Iron.... Just a small point of interest...

Where Ferrous is talking about his arms he says something I found really interesting although it was a side remark... But I felt very important specifically as it is Ferrous saying this...

He says:

'I would struggle to remove it now. The problem is not one of surgery, for I have no doubt my father’s chirurgeons could remake me entirely if he gave them the command. No, I will not remove the silver from my flesh because I have learned to depend on it.'

Does this mean that Black library are just teasing us saying that the one primark who very definitely needs a new body (granted dorn and night haunted might) does have a means of eventually coming back... Not that suddenly in the next book he will make a come back... But just that this is a way in for the future...

The thing is why would they even write this in? WHY TEASE US LIKE THIS!!??

also any other interesting points about Wrath of Iron is welcome... I think it's particularly interesting that Ferrous Manus planned to eventually lead his legion away from technology and the thought that flesh is weak

It's not a tease...
He's emphasising their skill and their willingness as part of an explanation as to why he would struggle to remove the silver from his hands.

Its there to show the difference between the Primarchs vision and the Iron Hands dedication to "flesh is weak".
A nice prologue to a novel.

The silver may allow for a re-spawn... if GW aims for a robotic Primarch...

But for a primarch who had his head cut off and would therefore need an entirely new body to make a reappearance it's a bit of a large point to make... He only had silver arms why did he need to emphasis that an entire new body could be made for him...? Magnus didn't say 'I've got one eye but don't worry my farther could make me an entirely new body if needed' or Sanguinius with his wings...

My point is its an overkill statement to the point he is making and therefore a tease... He didn't know he was going to be beheaded

Obviously they're very skilled but it's not a passage taken from him praising the skills of chirurgeons of the imperium.

Additionally, the possibility of the silver beeing Necron-Tech, and the chance it would allow to rebuild if it

A brilliant prologue to a novel... Would be grim dark for him to com back all robotic after writing this extract...
