I'm thinking of getting into this game and am wanting 2 150pt lists maybe a little bit more. Personally I'm a fan of Haqqislam and definitely want to do that one something along the lines of:

Now for the other army I am leaning Combined Army, my son likes the Alien look and I think it would be a great one for others I want to try and seduce into this hobby. I kind of like the more alien looking Shasvastii over the Morat but I have heard they have a lot of rules during deployment and what not that may make them too complex so I would at least like some of them to have that more alien look to them, for example possible a Skiávoros as a leader. I found this on another forum but I hate how many boxes and packs I would have to buy to make this happen, I guess I could always proxy though, and I'm not a big fan of the lack of more alien like models.

I'd suggest that in the first list, switch the Lt. to one of your Ghulams: most of the time the Jannisary will be aggressive and you're maximizing its Religious Troop ability (it can still move even during Lt. loss).

Looks good. A little low on orders but both lists are a bit low so that's less of an issue.
And Combined Army is very hard at low point games. The seed-soldiers are squishy and you'll be an order short as long as the Malignos is not on the table.

But it will still awesome so don't worry =)

Would this be better for the CA list? More orders at least:

VS is pretty much right on. You might want to just look into the basic starters sets though. There's a pretty good mix in them.
