What do you think about a chaplain with the assault termies in the landraider over the librarian with them?
I plan on Lysander being with the 10 terminators for bolter drill...Good Idea?

Ok so you gating 10 terms with lysander and driving 5 assault terminators in a landraider
Then 3 tac squads, a cp, cp, lascannon, a pp, melta and lascannon, and fist, flamer ML.
Its solid and reliable. Not a lot of finesse required with this list. You can dish it out at range and wade in for a good punch on.
I would drop the plasma pistol for a combimelta, so you have a double melta shot when needed.
Drop the fist on the tac squad. If they are in a punch up something has gone badly wrong with all those terms. I would also swap out the ML for a MM as you are light on melta still.
If you want to get a bit funky drop a tac squad for some scouts with teleport beacon. Now your libby can gate terminators without scatter and you have more points to spend.
Edit sorry repost deleted

The formatting is a little hard to read.
I think you have far too many points sunk into upgrades. IMHO most things in the vanilla codex work well with minimal war gear. Take those points and buy more units. Epistolary, plasma pistols, all the vehicle upgrades, some of the melta bombs and chain fists (but not all). You can buy a tank with those points.
I prefer a chaplain to a librarian with an assault squad in a LR. If you do keep him, I'd suggest dropping the epistolary upgrade, it's too many points for what it does. You have the LR for transport, I'd swap GoI for one of the blasts. The template would serve you well for shooting before assault.
For your troops, I like at least two of the tac squads in rhinos. I'd go melta in one, and a more anti-infanry load in the other (ML/F is my choice) The third can be full plasma sitting on an objective.
Overall a solid list. It should work well.

If you want honesty I prefer sterngurd over shooty termintors.
Look at it this way.
10 sternguard with a power fist and a few combi weapons is under 300 points.
You can put them in a drop pod which holds 12 models so you can put lysander with them.
When you arrived you can have them shoot 20 of their bolters with bolter drill that wound on 2+ rolls!
Also you let lysander get out in front and he sucks up all the shooting for the whole squad as he is the closest and almost unkillable.

Yeah, sorry about the formatting on the list just copied and paste since im at work doing all of this lol. I was thinking that some of the upgrades were pointless after i posted the list and if it would give me some more firepower consider them gone lol May get a chaplain and switch them out so i can have options.Maybe i can use the extra points for a thunderfire cannon?

Honestly I think you're missing some of the things that Vanilla Marines are really good at. 40 point TH/SS Terminators are great, but they're not enough by themselves. With the changes in 6th Edition, the combination of Scout Snipers w/ Camo Cloaks and Thunderfire Cannons got waaaaaay better. They're among the best objective holders and anti-horde in the game. The scouts if sitting in fortified ruins will have a 2+ cover save without going to ground, and the new sniper rules make them much more effective. Also TFCs got much more survivable now that they're toughness based instead of armor based and you can still do the cover shenanigans if the Techmarine is in front so you have a 2+/3++ in front of the darn thing.
Also, how do you plan on dealing with fliers? I used to not like 2x TL AC Dreads, but now they (along with TL HB Razorbacks) are one of the few ways Vanilla SMs can deal with flyers without taking the new scenery pieces.
Your list has some very strong units, but at least where I am the metagame has shifted away from them. Not because they're too weak, but because what they're good against really isn't played much anymore.

I can have that as an opton too...sounds pretty cool. I would have to go and buy a droppod and 1 more squad of sternguard

Well it's nice as Lysander can go in the pod with them.
You can also combat squad when you get out if needed and can then target 2 different things. For instance 5 guys with combimeltas and 5 with regular guns get out and can kill the transport then the guys inside!
