Sadly no such things exist I'm affraid :( But I can help you somewhat.

I recently created a tutorial for making the iconic Egyptian headdress all Thousand Sons have. This, applied to some regular Chaos Marine models, should do the job well Adding some Dark Angel robes/black templar robes will make convincing sons. Check the link below :

Have you actually seen the models? They don't. The sergeant has a tabbard. That is where the similarities end.
