Just dont know if I am interpreting it right. In the space wolves codex with the wolf scouts it says
Up to two wolf scouts may take plasma pistols. Whereas the other entries say can replace bolt pistol with...

does this mean he has a plasma pistol, a bolt pistol and a ccw?
if yes, does this mean he may fire the 2 pistols in his shooting fase and assault?

Sorry if I overlooked some rules somewhere but I couldnt really find an answer to my question in the books

No they switch there bolt pistol for a plasma pistol "up to two Wolf scouts may REPLACE their bolt pistols with: plasma pistol or power weapon."

This is addressed in the FAQ and errata. The may take, not replace. So yes they may have a Plasma Pistol, a bolt pistol and a CCW. I give mine a Plasma pistol, Boltgun and CCW.

The reason they dont replace the bolt pistol is if they replace their bolt pistol with a power weapon they would have no ranged weapon.
