An assembeled Interegator Chaplain from the Dark Vengence Boxset. I was going to use it as a Dark Apostle, but my Planned army doesn't need any, and they don't fit in my Fluff...

So i plan to sell it, but i'm not 100% sure how much for...

Any Suggestions?

Not that much, I check ebay regularly for SM bargains, and there seems to be absolutely gak loads of them.

They made plenty of limited edition sets, you'd probably get a tenner or something.

Maybe if you waited a year it might be worth more when everyone else has painted it... feth knows.

We are arming Syrian rebels who support ISIS, who is fighting Iran, who is fighting Iraq who we also support against ISIS, while fighting Kurds who we support while they are fighting Syrian rebels.

my theory is to wait until they bring out the DA Codex and then sell it on Schmebay.

Even though i hate Ebay so much :(

Sit on it for a couple of years. It's only just gone out of stock.

Like the poster above said, the value will go up as others are painted and one might argue that everyone that wanted one of those Chaplains probably already got the box.. You need to wait a while for new people to start a DA army and be like 'damn I wish that I had one of those'.

Shame :(

Its taking up valuable room and it won't stop asking to be painted...

Seeing as the limited edition box set hasn't sold out yet it isn't worth all that much especially since assembling it devalues it.

Unfortunately, so many were produced I doubt it will ever be worth much of anything. One reason limited edition miniatures end up being worth so much is that they are hard to get and this is just not the case with this miniature.

3500 pts Black Legion
3500 pts Iron Warriors
2500 pts World Eaters
1950 pts Emperor's Children

Does anyone know the number of limited edition boxes?

I'm assuming it's a lot, because some of the stores seemed to get as many as 50 boxes

Advertise it for what you think it is worth.

If you sell it, great. If not, well, have look around eBay and the bits sites and see what the average sell price is.

Personally i would sit on it for a while, at least until a DA codex comes out and see what happens then.

That would be an interesting question to have an answer to. I am assuming we are talking thousands. There seems to be an endless supply of extras on ebay.

Probably work

I'd probably buy one for 10.00 USD, if I wanted one. The game store nearby still had about 5-6 limited edition kits, and that was maybe two weeks ago.

Well

This is how much they are going for on Ebay

It seems around £7 10 is the going rate, and that is for unmade ones, I would think that assembled ones go for a little less.
I would sit on it for a while and sell it when they are scarce, at the moment they are common as muck !

Its like anything. Put a price on it and see if it goes. Some people will bite others will go elsewhere.

it's definitely in the tens of thousands range. I'm just curious as to exactly how many tens of thousands though. Since the limited sets still haven't sold out I don't think they'll be particularly desirable for a while!

We will have to see if they end up dread fleeting the limited edition copies.
