Looks great man, very cool. Skin is highlighted really well. I definitely prefer that scheme to standard blue one. I don't know what you mean about metal, looks fine to me. As for the criticism some straps and skulls on the back could use a bit cleaner painting, but I pretty sure you have to look really close to see that so no worries there. And to really nitpick a bit more there's a mold line on the weapon  Overall I like this model a lot, keep them coming!

Thanks for the feedback, about the metal, I sometimes have a hard time knowing what to highlight. I usually put silver on the edhges but don't know if I should put silver on slightl raised areas.
I already have a regiment of green sauruses but I'm actually thinking about having a regiment of temple guards with this red color scheme. Altough I really want to do a stegadon or some of those flyers with skinks on, so that's probably first on my list.

I know what you mean, I have the same problem, thankfully with my ogres it's more like obscuring the metal than highlighting it

Yeah the whole model is completely standard, didn't do any conversions on it.
