1: Draigo
15: Palidain/terminators (hammers and cannons.)
2: Autocannon Dreadnaughts
1: land Raider or redeemer.
my thought was something like this. i feel like grey knights are very cold to flyers. something like this:
Imperial Guard-
Hq-ministorum priest-45 w/squad
Priests can't be HQ. A CCS is a more versatile option out of the 3 choices (CCS, Lord Commissar or Primaris Psycher). Not to mention, orders are fun! If you're not using a lot of infantry then you might consider the other two. Psychers be decent, but nothing special. A fully kitted out CCS with special weapons can be devastating. This is illegal. For a single troops choice, you need a PCS and two infantry squads. A platoon is not a squad. You can take veterans for an infantry choice though. Fast Attack-1 Vendetta w/Heavy bolters-140

Vendettas with HBs are a little silly, would be more useful to put the HB sponsons on Valkyries with missile pods Grey Knights-

I know that I am doing it wrong somehow. any help would be fantastic.
This would be a very weak guard list. You have no special weapons and are relying
entirely on the vendettas doing everything. That won't work. Everyone brings
AA now, so it's likely that at least one of those will be shot out the air the turn it comes in. Put heavy weapons and special weapons in your infantry squads to drastically increase their out-put. They can shoot 5 weapons out of a chimera too. A
CCS is a great investment, they can have 4 BS4 special weapons. Not including the commanding officers plasma pistol.
I'd also recommend some armour. Chimeras won't last particularly long, and guard can bring some amazing heavy armour in the form of Leman Russes or in the form of artillery. This is where most of your damage will come from in my experience. My battle tanks make their points and more over every game. Especially the
LR executioner.
For grey knights I have no clue. I use my power armoured allies (
SW) as a forward element while my guard sit back and gunline. Out-flankers are great in this regard, you can walk them right onto an objective. You could have the same thing with deep strikers.
This looks more like it should be an
IG allies list not the main detachment. You can still take 3 vendettas in an allied list if you mistakenly think that those 3 models will win you any games.
