I would like to know if anyone is handy with making custom shoulder pads, the GW ones for the iron warriors are a bit lacking and don't scale up properly to new models. I'm not skilled in sculpting or green stuff to attempt it my self, looking for around 60-100 to be done.
edit: alternately 1 pad may suffice and I can try to recast them myself, however I still need to commission someone to due the one pad.

As an Iron Warrior player, those do not look very Iron Warrior at all. They look quite generic.

How about just shaving the top spikes off and blobbing some greenstuf inbetween the teeth and the lower stripes.
