Do you have any examples of/have you ever made a wall-mount paint rack? I've always considered getting one, as I dislike how any desktop solution requires desktop space (something I try to save) in my hobby area.

GREAT! I'll all about feed back and making sure people get what they want, because that's what I expect as well!

Thanks Just to let you know, if you pledge for an ALL styles level, you can get them how ever you want even if that's all ruins or how ever, think of it as the total number of buildings that you are getting. You don't have to have 1 of each style.
I see your point about the holes in the roof. The Church is just how that one is going to be. Each buildings holes will be different so I can take that into account on the other designs. Also the roofs do easily remove so if you wanted you could just leave off an entire roof once the battle moves inside if that helps. The main idea with the puzzle pieces is that you are not left with a static pieces of terrain and it can change as your game conditions change. And on the same note, you could start off with a completely intact building then as the game progresses and the building takes damage, you could replace the good parts with ruined parts

Thing is it does not look as usefull for something like Orks with ALOT of infantry. If possible I would sujest something like in the prototype, accept have the "walls" on all 4 sides of the box. With the Top tray dropping in and sitting on pegs, able to be pulled out to reveal a tray sitting under it so you can store more infantry.
Again Thanks
I'm going to mess with the handles once I get the laser in. I thought about the holes, but I'm concerned about clearance between your knuckles and the row of figs because I know some of us have Ork hands, lol. But it will have handles
I'm 100% digging your idea about the infantry under the top tray, and I meant it when I said custom work. Contact me, let's work one out
Thanks for the great feedback!!
Whao! Thanks for the heads up about the switching builds around. That's pretty awesome.
As for the Trays glade you liked my suggestions! I look foreword to seeing them come along!

@ Target Unfortunately I do not. The wall mounted rack is 19 * 11.5 * 2 inches and has 9 rows that holds 15 bottles. Basically it's a box that hangs on the wall with holes in so the paint is laying down and the tip is pointing at you. That set up is the best way to get the most amount of paint in the least amount of space. But like I said all custom work is welcome you if you have a design in mind I'd happily work something out with you

So if we want an extra tier on our paint tray, how do we let you know? Will you know simply by us choosing the tray and sending $25?
Sorry...new to kickstarter and all of that.
I out with in both 40k and WHFB.

From what I read on the kickstarter, yes just make your pledge for the Paint rack in the amount of 25.

Unless I am mistaken, I think I saw the prototypes for this stuff at Adepticon last year... very, very nice. Paints up really well and is a really good option for Fantasy, which doesn't tend to get as much to play with as the sci-fi crowd.
Regarding how to pledge:
When the project is over, I will be in touch with everyone individually and we'll work it out then. So if you want multiple items / add-ons, just add up the pledge amounts, and then pick the closest rewards (doesn't matter which).
@MajorTom11 Nope that wasn't me but hopefully I'll be there next year. I've got all kinds of cool ideas for fantasy and steampunk that I'm looking forward to making for you guys.
Those buildings are awesome , too. One thing that didn't immediately strike me is that by having the puzzle design, you can extend the buildings out. I am interested to see if they can also do some L-shaped buildings and such.

Thanks!
Yeah that's the whole idea, lego terrain basically. With the initial set you will only be able to do squares and rectangles, to get the different shapes such as U, T, L you need corners that are 'reversed' so to say. Those will be available, plus lot's of other cool stuff, once I get the pledged to everyone, so Probably mid February early March

In case you misses it we funded! Thanks for your support!
So while I'm waiting on funds to be released so I can order a laser, I figured I should get to work on some new designs and I have a question. I'm working on some bridge designs, and I want to make sure any 40K land vehicles will fit, so how wide and high do I need to make it?

This is a great idea. I've wanted to take terrain with me to games, but never have had the ability to without lugging around extra boxes. I may have to give these a try.

The Shadowsword I have in my collection is 6.5 inches wide (or close enough). I think a Land Raider is maybe 5 inches wide, so you could aim for that. Superheavies aren't supposed to be a regular occurance... but then again, imperial architecture has always seemed a bit cyclopean in size.
Automatically Appended Next Post: And I'm super happy we funded. You're my first laser-mdf building kits ever. Be gentle.

I'll be launching another KS once I get all the pledges out from this one, probably Feb-March, then the web site will be up May-June with everything available for retail. Aside from getting your stuff earlier by supporting my KS project, the items on there also have a discounted pledge / price
