I'm planning on making a Khorne Chaos Lord on Juggernaut from the Fantasy figure. He comes on a 50mm square base. I could put him on a 60mm base easily, but it that the right size? I have no idea how big the base for a Lord on a mount should be. Would it be better to use a different model?

Its a dreadnought base they are meant to be on. The juggernaut is fine, but the dude on top doesn't really suit a CSM, especially a lord.

So what's the right figure for the Chaos Lord with MoK on Juggernaut?

It would probably be best to just convert up a rider using plastic CSM and Berserker bits, and stick them on a plastic Juggernaut.
