So i want to make sure about the abilities of fast vehicles, and normal tanks as far as movement
It was always my understanding that a trukk is the only thing able to move 13 inches (read paint job) in the movement phase and then in lieu of shooting could flat out another 12 from flat out. This is because it is a fast vehicle correct?
Or can a looted wagon move 13 just like the trukk with red paint job and flat out 12 inches as well without the fast quality to it?
I just don't have a rulebook handy to check

As long as the looted wagon is a fast vehicle I don't see a problem with that.

The fast quality only determines what guns you can shoot at what BS/Snap shots.
It does nothing for speed in the movement phase on tanks.
It allows a flat out of 12 inches instead of 6
