That's weird, I was told the secret to eternal life was a McDonalds for every meal...
Then again, I did travel to the peak in a sponsored helicopter... and the hermit was dressed as a clown... but I did get a free toy!

2) This sounds like a Fox News title
3) It's not TV killing people, it's other correlative factors
I think the reason why they keep coming up with reasons why TV is bad is because they don't want kids to watch TV because they don't want kids to think; they don't want kids being informed on anything that contradicts their views.

They dont want kids to think? Really? What are kids learning from TV that they're not getting from school? How to fistpump at an Oceanside bar? Or maybe we're facing an epidemic of obesity thats already slated to cut the lifespans of the youngest population? If you cant see that living a sedentary lifestyle has a negative effect on your health your just being daft. Of course TV itself doesn't lower your life expectancy. But how do people watch TV? Oh yeah sitting on a couch. But of course its easier to watch sports on TV rather than play them.

I'm not saying that anyone should sit in front of a TV for hours on end. However, watching TV for two hours a week isn't going to kill anyone.
