when I picked up the new CSM Codex my first instinct was to re-tool my current NM list (which I did,) but with all the new possibilities I felt like trying something a little different with my second attempt.

I don't see MEQs or Horde being a much of a problem with either of these lists, but clearly Flyers and Terminators will be. Any suggestion on how to deal with my list's obvious flaws?

Maybe find a way to work in a helldrake for AA duties, or a havoc team with Flakk missiles instead of a predator?

Helldrakes are awesome, model suck IMO but still awesome on paper. I can easily cut 85pts from list one, past that I'm at a loss on where to find points.

Maybe drop Lucius, and take a second DIY Slaanesh Lord if t costs less? Dirge Casters worth it?

The 85pts is after dropping Dirge Caster, Extra Armor, Veteran and Mutation off of everything. I would have to drop Lucius and take a naked Lord, or just throw out having a second HQ all together.

Does the second HQ really add anything other than some melee backbone to your army, which is rather shooty-based? If so, I would just stick with one at this points level

My OCD hates the idea of having just one Rhino with an HQ, but I know you're right... *bites lip* I'll learn to ignore for the sake of winning.

Oh trust me, i have the same problem, but the skyfire will be invaluable for you
