Glory to the Twelfth! Glory to Angron!
"Because we couldn’t be trusted. The Emperor needed a weapon that would never obey its own desires before those of the Imperium. He needed a weapon that would never bite the hand that feeds. The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls. The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does. That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."

You are going to be GROSSLY out numbered.
Slaughter master is a bit to many points, but to each there own.
Mournfang are good but with such LOW LD, you may have problems holding a line maybe drop down too 1 unit of 6. Also use ur points to grab some leadbelchers, they are just beastly.

Don't post point costs for individual items or upgrades. Its illegal.
And what OgreChubbs says about the SM being too expensive is false. He's pretty average for a SM. Mine runs 378-383 points.
There are several problems with the list.
The Firebelly shouldn't have a Great Weapon. His goal is to strip regeneration, and he can't do that if he strikes after or simultaniously with your other units. Flaming attacks only negate regen saves against woulds caused by Flaming Attacks, and any attacks that come after the flaming attacks in the Inititive order. Attacks made before, or simultaniously with, the flaming attacks can still be regened. So give him an XHW and put him in the Ironguts.
Mournfangs should never be run in units larger then 4. When supporting attacks are made, only the Rider can make them. So you lose the Mournfangs Str5 attacks in the second rank, which is what really does the damage in a mournfang unit.
So run 3 units of 4 instead of 2 units of 6.
Aside from that, they are perfect. No champion is the way to go.
Also, where are your fething Ironblasters??? They are the one thing that can actually be said to be Mandatory for competitive OK army lists.

I know a competitive OK player that swears by 5 wide and I know a lot of TK players that swear by 6 wide on their necro knights. While running into a horde is not advised with Cavalry if anyone is going to do it it's these 2 units and maybe some Demigryph

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

4 single Sabretusks is illegal under 3k as you can only have 3 duplicates of Special Choices. Automatically Appended Next Post: Hargus56 wrote: Grey Templar wrote:

He may swear by it, but its not ideal.
5 wide is getting to the point where maneuverability is difficult.
And you should never rank up Monstrous Cavelry because only Riders get supporting attacks. And most Monstrous Cavelry have the mount doing the actual damage.
If the rumors of Chaos Knights riding Juggers is true, that might be the first MC unit that is worth taking in ranks. Because the Knight actually has more/better attacks then the Jugger.

Long story short everyone has a different play style. Massing core tough hq more magic less magic more range less range. Use the one that fits your play style. We can only give suggestions on what we would change, even tho some off us are more arrogant in our advice
I for one hate ironguts and would gladly take more leadbelchers.

I think you should get some regular ogres with ironfirsts. That's your best anvil unit. Everything you have, which, IMHO, it's pretty hard to mess up ogres nowadays, but everything is super elite killy. If you have something that can handle sabertusk redirectors or is killier than you, you're going to have a tough time. Well, maybe not a tough time, but it can be harder.
If this is really a tourney I think you want a broader list. You need to fight all-comers. Getting some Maneaters with pistols and poison sniper can help you against some super-lords, which you have little defense against now other than grinding down their unit.
You only got one magic weapon in your whole army and it's on your primary caster/general. If you can squeeze a cheapo weapon on the bruiser it might help.
I also think leadbelchers are really good and it's not like they suck in combat.
I think many people will say to take 2 ironblasters.
