I know they aren't the most popular, but I'm tired of playing the good guys. I wanna pillage and burn villages.
3000 points is the goal and I am at 2524 as of now.
Lords:
Beastlord: Golden Sigil Sword, Armor of Fortune and Gnarled Hide
Great Bray-Shaman: Hag-Tree Fetish, Tailsman of Preservation, Lvl 4.
Heroes:
Bray-Shaman: Dispel Scroll, Tailsman of Protection and Lvl 2
Wargor: Armor of Destiny, BSB w/ Beast Banner
Core:
40 Gors w/ x2 HW and FC
20 Gors w/ x2 HW and FC
30 Ungor w/ HW and S and FC
x2 5 Warhounds
Special:
30 Bestigor w/ Banner of Eternal Flame, FC
6 Minos w/ x2 HW and Musician
x2 1 Razorgor
What am I lacking and what should I fill the rest of my points with?
Any commentary would be great, and I haven't bought anything yet so I can tweak as much as needed. I normally play against a lizardmen army if that makes a difference.

It has been quite some time since I played with my Beastmen but here goes, I like it. It looks like a decent list in my mind I dare say. but Gors really need to be 30+ to make them really shine. Trade the Ungors for two 10 man raider units.
Bestigors are solid enough, but I would drop the Minos and invest in a giant or two beauce they are worth their point in gold after my expereince. Razorgors are okay

First off glad to see someone else start a beastmen army.
Secondly, make sure you go check out the herdstone forums. It has GREAT Beastmen info.
Thirdly, there are a couple issues with your build.
--Beastlord is really not optimally built. I would go with a build like this: Beastlord, Armor of Destiny, Crown of Command, Sword of Battle.
--BSB is illegal. You cannot have a magical banner and magical gear on a BSB. Its one or the other. Most common and effective build is: Wargor, BSB, Beast Banner, HA, Shield, Gnarled Hide. Commonly referred to as the 206 BSB.
The rest of your units seem decent enough to start with, but again I highly recommend you look up the Herdstone forum and take a look at the lists there.
Grix.

Take the standard of discipline on your bestigor and the stubbornhat on the beastlord.
Take a couple of chariots and raiders. Units of 5 raiders are some of the best units in the book.
Drop the minos, they aren't that useful when you take the frenzy and low LD into consideration. There is a way around it but it requires investing serious points into that unit.

If you really want a good progression guideline I would follow this: http://z8.invisionfree.com/herdstone/index.php?showtopic=23980
This guy knows his stuff, it's typical herdstone shenanigans and the character support Beastmen need. Also like the addition of the 2nd smaller bestigor unit, with flaming banner and S6 would be great for taking on Hell Pits and other regen monsters and tough targets like the Big Ghouls and also love the ungor tarpit, at 2.5 skaven slave cost a model with a free shield plus primal fury which is gonna help get an extra wound (combat res point) or 2 they bring something that is nice, tons of chaff in these lists too which we need, Beastmen need to divide/stall pick their fights and conquer.

Awesome thanks for the responses, I actually found the Herdstone and found it to be quite helpful as well.
I'll see about doing a WIP thread for them once my monetary status moves from destitute.
Also, would it be better to have a massive brick of gors, say around 58, to bunker the Great-Bray shaman and the bsb?

Hope to see that WIP thread.
I think anything over 40-45 Gor's is a waste. Personally I would take the big block of 39 Gor (save one spot for the 206 BSB). I have also found that GBS are pretty fighty with correct gear load out and buffs (4++, Fencers Blades, Jagged Dagger) then add Wyssan's + (the +3 Str, +3 attack buff in Beasts) and you are looking at 5 WS10, Str8 attacks on a T6 model. He can go with either Bestigors (if he is your general and they have Std of Discipline) or with Gor's to give them more punch.
I would however consider a small Ungor or Ungor Raider bunker for the Lv1/2's sitting around the Herdstone.

Gors should be run with at least 40 IMO 58 seems like a lot but they are good. Definitely stick the BSB in there with the Beast Banner to give them S4, the GBS should go in there as well for the S bonus to him, unless you are playing a smaller point game and can't bring a beast lord, then you want the GBS in with your bestigor with the standard of discipline for the higher General Leadership Bubble.
as for the herdstone bunker I've seen smaller gor or ungor units, problem with ungor is you can only have 2 in an ungor bunker due to base sizes on either side and you really want 3 maybe even a 4th, most times I just see them without a bunker sitting around the stone, you can even put them behind the stone they should be only packing miasmas and you don't need LOS with that hex and it has a 48 inch range.

I'm currently toying with running 49 gor. As it allows me to grind the combat that little bit longer. And if it goes well, I will be S5 T5. If you want the standard of discipline, you would be better off with a stubborn beastlord for the LD 10. If you are taking a GBS general, just take the war banner. And Hargus has it right. They should be on their own. I run 2 shadow level 1s. They chill at the back within the herdstone range but more than 6" apart. Also OP, have you considered the lore you will be taking on your level 4? I would recommend death as it is insanely good in an army that revolves around tactical movement.
