Any idea what scale these dudes are?

Very tempted to do an Axis Zombie list for Dust Warfare and these guys could fit the bill

Hmm I think dust warfare is 1/48 so these might be a bit small (they're 28mm)

They are 30/32mm heroic "scale".

The Japanese Zs are indeed a little bit smaller than DUST, considering that the average Japaneses during WW II was also smaller, they would fit PERFECTLY.
If you want I can do a comparison shot...

The full Victory Decision: Gear Krieg rulebook will be released later this year. To wet your appetite the following Preview Pictures ...

Victory Decision: Gear Krieg will be a full stand alone rulebook with all the fluff (and some more) of the original 2000 GK Tactical Rulebook by DP9. It will include army lists for German, British, US and Soviet forces (real life and superscience). I am right now finishing the book, it will be the biggest book I have done so far, over 180 pages.

It is a stand alone product that includes all the Victory Decision rules, the full background of the original Tactical game and army lists for German, British, Japanese, US and Soviet forces.

Every list will also have some additional GK “specials":

Germany: Loki, Thor, Uller and Valkyrie walkers, Tiger EXS with guided rocket, Rockettroops and Zombies
British: Cavalier and Roundhead walkers, Tesla Churchill tank, Boarhound Armoured Car
US: Longstreet and Early walkers, Helitroops
Soviet: Lend lease Cavalier and Early L1 and L2, KV-2C Heavy Tesla Tank, T-44 Nikolai Lenin tank
Japanese: ShiKi Walker and Zombies
Best thing everything will be 100% compatible with all my previous Victory Decision books. I expect a release at the end of 2012, maybe as a combined ebook/ print on demand offer.
