I can't speak too much to the other armies (although they look pretty good), but on the Chaos team the Mark of Tzeentch on the Sorcerer is pointless. It doesn't help his psychic abilities and costs the same points as an Aura of Dark Glory which will net you a 5+ invulnerable instead of a 6+.

Nid list is not good. You have one model that can harm vehicles reliably.

At 600 pts I don't think you can overlook a tervigon - or maybe two ...

I'd say the imperial guard list is better than the 'nids but drop the snipers.

You need synergy in the squads for targetting. Assuming the infantry squads blob up as 30 man squads, you have:

2 grenade launchers, 2 mortars, autocannon + 3 snipers, 2 autocannon, ML

Anything you shoot at will be sub-optimal for half the weapons or ranges will not be in synch. Mortars, for instance, are long range weapons while grenade launchers are far shorter. Go all long or all mid-range and then use PCS to add protection. Mass flamers in the PCS is rarely a bad choice.

For the Tau army you need more Suits.

I had a discussion on here recently about sniper drones, and the conclusion was they suck. They just do not justify their points, your opponent will either assault them with something that gets in your backfield or just ignore them until they have nothing else left to shoot at.

If you drop them and the Kroot you can easily fit some suits in there, like a 2 man FireKnife team or something

For the infantry i was thinking
anti infantry platoon grenade launcher Mortar Autocannon
anti light vehicle platoon autocannon missile launchers
then the lascannons as heavy tanks
will that not work, and i was only going to blob them in the kill points game and keep some apart maybe
