Subject: Harlequin contingent - Eldar or Dark Eldar??

I want to take an Allied contingent of Harlequins, or a mini-army - should I take them as Eldar or Dark Eldar?
I have a load of Harlequins, some black-painted ones than can be Mimes (either Storm Guardians or Wyches?) some Harlequin Jetbikes (Guardian Jetbikes or Reavers), Death Jesters (attached to Harley squads or separate as Reapers?) and a Solitaire (Karandras/Drazhar/Kheradruakh/Autarch).
So, what would work best as a little, speedy force? Dark Eldar or Eldar?

Also, any ideas on the best way to equip Harlequin squads?

Well, I'd opt for Harlies in an Eldar army. In this way, a Fortuneseer would be able to fortune your Harlies. If its a Dark Harlie contingent, she cannot.

Hmm - A Fortuneseer would be a Farseer with Fortune, right? The plan is Harlequin models only, so I guess I could take the Shadowseer out of a Harlequin squad and use her as a Farseer....

A Shadowseer is mandatory in a Harlie unit. A Fortuneseer could help to keep the Harlies alive when they approach the enemy front ranks.
