I've always just believed that the indoctrination and hypnosis rendered a SM's sex drive non existent, whilst the chemo and radiotherapies rendered him sterile, which I feel makes quite a lot of sense since that's what'd happen in the real world, we've all held the metal plate over our junk getting an x-ray gents. I also highly doubt that castration or a penectomy would happen, purely for basic reasons; marines are chosen at a certain age to ensure that the marine's body develops naturally too, the implants basically make puberty a few hundred times more violent, and the hormones coming from the testicles (i.e testosterone) are going to be a major factor in this. As for the penis, it's going to pretty difficult to urinate without one when not in armour, many men who have them removed die of infection due to constantly inserting a catheter and cutting the skin, allowing urea to enter the blood, surely it's easier for the marine to simply attach a condom like tube in the suit, rather than be constantly switching cathaters?

As for virgin Primarchs, I think it's highly likely that at least a few had consorts, wives, even entire harems, just that it's left out of the history books, take away the humanity and watch the god appear. Plus they live a very long time, chances are a few are widowers already.

And finally, OT, like people have said, SM's pray, target practice, eat a little, hit stuff. It depends on the chapter, they'll all do it differently, I guess it's up to personal interpretation.

When Space Marines are "off duty", they're on a battle barge/troop transport, on their way to the next war.
