Wait didn't life-steal already get a Nerf several months ago? I mean some champs (like ad carries) depend on life-steal for survival and sustaining power, I don't think riot should be fething around with this. Most of the game is fine just add a few new items that's all the game needs.

That's part of the reason their nerfing it. Riot wants to kill the glass canon builds (double dancers) and force carries to build more defense items and rely less on life steal. It's a good change imo. Especially because if an ad carry gets very fed in early game they snow ball insanely hard and with enough life steal negate Thornmail the only counter to such a situation. (This is also of course why they're nerfing armor penetration).
It may also be to force in more AP as most team compositions will favor AD damage. Such a change may potentially increase the viability of some under used champions.

I don't know about that, most matches I play each team usually has 1 tank or support followed by 2 fighters, 1 mage and 1 ranged adc.

Except many people don't build ANY defense items at all unless they did poorly in lane. Because of life steal and double dancers, so long as the ad carry isn't being taken out by someone like warwick or riven, they able to steam roll a team with Infinity Edge, Bloodthirster, Dancer, Dancer, Last Whisper (which is 5 items). Provided their team has enough CC they don't even have to worry about the bruisers and assassins designed to take them out. It's produced a very linear meta for ADC that Riot's been trying to get rid of for awhile now.

See that's the problem right there, it isn't that ranged adc's are op it's that too much CC will shut down anyone.

It wasn't that ADCs are op, it's that that level of life steal combined with their fragility sort of is. ADCs like Graves who are also somewhat tanky being able to break from a fight on about 20%, clear a jungle camp, and then engage the fight again on about 80%.

Not if you focus the ranged adc, and if your team has any sense then they should be focusing the carries. And you want Ranged adc's to be regenerating there health quickly through life-steal anyways because they have a small hp pool.

I don't think this is the Sue Nami patch. This is LoL , 3rd edition. With newer and improveder jungle (for reals this time). Also many, many new items, some of the more obscure of the old ones retired, etc etc.

I like it. It's now very much like old Dota but with some more predictability in some cases. It's too early to tell about all the items, but they at least tried to make every item you buy have use (unlike last time around where some items were very much useless).

Nope, still preseason. There are still changes to come before the actual third season kicks off.
I've tried Teemo with a completely new build. It's surprisingly fun. Shrooms hit so hard now.

Has anyone seen the new Ward item? Glowstone or somesuch, it gives you 100 health + 4 charges of wards that recharge everytime you recall. Plus you can have 2 down at once. It also builds into a Ruby whatever with 5 ward charges and you can put 4 down at once, with 300 health also.

I think it was 3 wards for the ruby. It's alright, but not that great. The problem with it is its cost compared with when it's useful. For a support using normal wards is still better until the mid game where if can be afforded, but is now worse than just buying normal wards.

Some people man, they KS you all game, hog the cs, cause you to be so underfed you cant 1v1 a friggin AD carry as tanky darius, and proceed to say your feeding.
UPDATE:
OMG jungling is easy as now! I could go through both jungles as warwick with only 5 pots and the machete thingy.

So, what do people think of the changes?
Interface seems pretty noob friendly - adds lots to the new player but makes little difference for the experienced player. Boxes at the bottom of the screen seem a little bit more obtrusive and impact on bushes when in bottom lane, or am I just being sensitive?
New shop menu seems ok, better to flicking between menus for sure. Beserkers greaves are 20 gold cheaper, but haven't really looked much at the enchantment yet. Tears of the goddess seems a nice early buy for mages. Plenty to look at still.
Masteries seem pretty muddled to me.
