I'm taking this army to Throne of Skulls in January, probably going to get some tweaking done to it before then though.

Plan
Each Haemonculus starts with a Jetbike squad to give them a Pain Token. The Farseer goes with the Shining Spears to fortune them and benefit from Skilled Rider and Withdraw.
Depepending on the scenario I will often palce the Guardian Jetbikes and Wracks in reserve to move on and claim objectives as late as possible (Wracks for home objectives, Guardians for others).

If you are gonna take an exarch for the spears, give him a star lance. Might also want a singing spear on the seer for more AT.
Guardian jetbikes could use warlocks with embolden and spears.
Reavers should be avoiding combat, so drop the champions and power lance. Either trash infantary by driving over them, or heat lance armor and jet away.
Spending 150 points on fancy pain tokens seems like a waste. If you really want to, drop the venom blade off the hamey as they will die shortly after. They will probably be priority targets for first blood and easy KP's for missions using them(and a warlord kill). The duke might be a good idea for double rolls on the drug chart. Even baron saythonyx would be better as he can survive more fire, actually fight things and gives you a better shot at first turn.
Ideally, the wracks should be in venoms if you can spare the points.

Turns out I made an addition error! Star lance now added

Champions are for the Ld not the A. The lance lets them hit rear armour or kill transport contents after shooting. I thought as you do til I tried them out.

If someone wants to try to kill my three out of sight haemies more power to em. Means they have woeful target priority. The haemies stay out of LoS the entire game. Makes em really hard to kill and the pain tokens are invaluable, greatly increasing the survivability of the bikes, which the other options you presented don't do. Taking an Archon of any stripe just seeks a waste of points they end up isolated and dead or slowing my bikes down unless I hide them as I do with my Haemies anyway. At which point they are mire expensive and contribute less.

Yep venoms w/ grisly trophies to help the guardians with morale checks, but I can't see anywhere to cut 140 points.
Thanks for the comments. All valid I've just already thought of/tested those particular ideas.

I actually really like the look of the list. The only thing I dont think really fits is the shining spear squad, as the hole rest of your army will be shooting and running away they will be charging stuff, which even though they have the farseer I still wouldnt recommend it. I think trading them out for another guardian jetbike squad or maybe a small seer council would be better.
Also your gonna want to combine the 2 wrack squads because otherwise they'll be an easy target, and you might be able to get another squad of wracks too if you drop the arena champions plus upgrades, I never needed an arena champion in 5th and now being able to regroup down to 25% theres an even less reason to field them. Overall though I commend you on the list and wish you best of luck!

Thanks. I can't get more guardians, 2 Allied troops max, would be great if I could. I would if I could. Similarly can't combine the Wracks, 2 Primary troops min.
I tried this with a Seer Council in place of the Shining spears and I have just found the Spears more useful, they can shoot armour happily and, with skilled rider are much better at staying alive (3+c is nice). They just fit the army better than the council. I also find that I end up charging things to finish them off or tie them up at crucial moments quite often, the spears are good for backing the reavers up at that.
I had no champions and no power weapons in the reaver squads at first, but kept failing morale. So added the champs, the power weapons are really useful as str 4-6 attacks on the charge (depending on drugs and tokens) do alot of damage, so much that they actually make these squads quite good in combat as well as letting them mellee a vehicle if necessary. Have been considering switching them out to Mauls though.
I would like more wracks, and/or venoms to go with them, but to get wither I would have to start dropping bikes and I don't really want to do that.

Oops my bad on suggesting more allied troops.
What I meant with combining the wracks squad was intended if you did drop the arena champions you would have enough points freed up to get another 6 man squad of wracks so they could have a bit more staying power, but if you do still keep the arena champions I understand
