So in a resent game i played all fast attack units were scoring units and my opponent said that i could not contest the objective he was holding with my fast attack cause they were scoring only.
so can they deny if they are scoring?

Only certain units are restricted from being Denial (such as vehicles). If a vehicle is scoring (due to mission rules for example) they are still not denial units.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

but cant you get with in the three inches of the objective with a scoring unit and deny the points cause you have two different scoring units there

Sometimes that is true, sometimes it is not.

No,

If a scoring vehicle(FA or HS) is near an objective and the enemy moves one of their own scoring units within 3" they actually now hold it instead.

A Scoring vehicle basically can only hold the objective if there isn't an enemy within 3", and they can't even contest it away from the enemy.

In order to deny an objective, you need to have a denial unit. So in BGNT, if you park your Land Raider next to an objective, and I move my Genestealers within range I have a scoring unit that is not denied, where as you do not. If you had Terminators right there (a Denial unit) then my Genestealers would also be out of luck. If instead of a Terminator squad, you had a Tac squad, neither of us would get the objective as the Tac squad denies the stealers which denies the Tac squad and Land Raider.

You then get problem of two scoring units holding an objective when neither of them are denial units.
Technically they'd both hold the objective, as neither can deny the other.

That was what happened cause my opponent had his IG flyer there and my bikes were also holding the objective, both were fast attacks, so if you have two scoring units that are not denial units do you then deny each other

Bikes ARE denial units. It's the fact that the flyer is a vehicle that stops it being a denial unit.

Not in the example mentioned.
The bikes (normally denial unit only) are now Scoring and Denial unit.
The Flyer (not a denial unit as its a vehicle) are now Scoring only.

The Bikes deny the Flyer from controlling the objective, and claim it themselves (as the Flyer can't deny in return).

Two vehicles (scoring only, neither denial) would both hold an objective.
