Subject: Does anyone know where you can get Dettol in the U.S.?

So I have a bunch of metal and plastic models I have to strip and again and again I hear people swearing by Dettol, particularly as how it can be used perfectly safely on plastic. Does anyone know if it can be found in the U.S, and if so where? If that's not possible, what's a decent alternative that is COMPLETELY safe on plastic? Ideally, I'd like to be able to dump the pile of mixed minis in the liquid and let it sit for a day or so (like people say you can do with Dettol) before pulling them out and cleaning the gunk off.
Thanks!

I don't think it is available state side, I know a lot of people use Simple Green in the U.S which does exactly the same job and is safe to use.

See that giant yellow/black banner in my sig? Click it. That will show you the best, easiest, cheapest way to strip minis.
Youre welcome!

This stuff is amazing btw, saw your guide/posts on it last year. My friend and I went and did some shopping around. Picked it up and boom, stripping armies in no time flat.

Skip the Dettol. Go Super Clean. In the Purple Bottle. Works like a charm and is available at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and most automotive stores.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! After Thanksgiving break I'm planning on stripping a bunch of models I got in trade so I definitely appreciate the information. (Thanksgiving break itself is for finally getting my battle mat and Temple of Skulls painted....wish me luck)
