I loved the N64 controller. Oh the blisters I got from that thing after a hard Mario Party (the original, not the 2 through 2 million you have now) session...
Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

"You need not fear us, unless you are a dark heart, a vile one who preys on the innocent; I promise, you can’t hide forever in the empty darkness, for we will hunt you down like the animals you are, and pull you into the very bowels of hell." Iron - Within Temptation
I like the good old gameboy colour because it was, you know IN COLOUR! And the design brings back so many memories.
Otherwise I think the PS3 looks very nice. The controllers, meh, but the console itself.

LoneLictor on thread about an ork choking the Emperor:
LoneLictor wrote: I like to imagine the Emperor kills so many Orks that he ends up half buried beneath a pile of corpses, with only his head sticking out. A lone grot stumbles across him, and starts choking him.
Then Horus comes across the lone grot, somehow managing to kill the Emperor, and punts it into space.
I've gotta go with the gamecube. It was a neat concept, and it also had that carry handle that made it very convenient to pick up and bash your friends with after getting your butt kicked in Super Smash Bros.
Whichever ones are small enough to stay out of sight, cause none of them are really aesthetically pleasing.
I'm more interested in the games they play than the visual aesthetics anyway

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

That wasn't very nice Melissia...

Brother SRM wrote: The Gamecube controller is just really unnatural for most games. The only games on that controller that feel "right" to me are the first party games designed specifically with it in mind, and Resident Evil 4. Granted there weren't too many 3rd party games on the Gamecube after a couple years, but nobody else ever really got the hang of it. The Xbox 360 controller is probably my favorite at this point, just eking out the Dualshock 2.
For what it's worth, games that were optimized for use with the GCN controller worked wonderfully with it. It felt so natural. Also, it had the best shoulder buttons ever made, no exception.
What? I recognize the Sega CD, and the 32X (whatever it actually does) but what are the others?
The Mega Drive was a great console though.

Too am a big fan of the GameCube controller. It was just awesome and fit snugly in the hands
I would've said the Gamecube, but since we're including handhelds I'd say the Gameboy Micro. Loved the red/gold one designed to look like the old school Nintendo handhelds.

That is cool. However, it's probably a lot more fun to look at than play. Looks pretty uncomfortable actually.

I actually saw the SNES, Gamecube and 64 at HyperJapan today. The N64 was going for £50, but alas I had spent my money on a little Hatsune Miku figurine, a Squid Girl DVD and a Black Rock Shooter figma. Having seen it in person I love the N64. I quite like the original Japanese Famicom as well.
